Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While I did look at two vehicles, I only looked at one Honda CRV The other was the Subaru Crosstrek with approx6k miles on it and that vehicle would not work for my situation, and cannot be confused with a Honda CRV I also have a Carfax report from [redacted] for the vehicle that now shows 15k miles on your website It shows that when you received the vehicle on it had a mileage of and that, surprisingly, is the exact number that showed up online when I was searching for cars I NEVER looked at the other CRV that you mention because I did not like the color, so it was never a consideration for me I am not confusedI know what I looked at Regardless, that in no way explains away the behavior of the staff at your establishment I should never have had my feelings belittled, nor should I have been laughed at my your general sales manager Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for contacting us regarding the concern presented by *** *** The *** *** purchased the vehicle in 'as-is' condition. The vehicle was being repaired to be a part of our pre-owned inventory in early August. ** *** expressed interest in the truck and
took delivery on 8/13/2016. *** *** did return on October 15th with the vehicle and an engine concern. As a courtesy, we had the original mechanic inspect the vehicle to diagnose the issue. The mechanic discovered the engine and previous repair were modified from their original condition The mechanic also diagnosed the issue to be unrelated to the repair. We are under no obligation to repair this vehicle as it was sold as-is, no warranties were implied or expressed at any point. The customer signed pages of documentation agreeing to this term (see attached) before taking delivery of this vehicle. The vehicle was also priced in relation to its history and condition As a gesture of good faith, the dealership will repair the vehicle at our discounted internal rate at the customer's expense. I am rejecting this response because: we were lured in by lower financing rate based on internet advertisement but when went to dealer they replied advertisement was a mistake and had to finance car at higher rate Feel we should be given lower rate
