During every vehicle purchase, we take great pains to ensure that there is full disclosure with the customer about the vehicle they are purchasingIn this instance we believe we took the necessary steps to protect both the customer and the dealership and have the documentation to support that
positionHowever, we strive work out differences with our customers, and will do so with Ms***
During her most recent visit, Ms*** acknowedged her initials on the original *** report of her vehicle which notated "minor" damageWhich *** usually deems as cosmetic (scratches, dings or small dents)This is contrary to her claims that the *** report she saw had no accidents
The airbag deployment on the current *** report of her vehicle, which Ms*** indicated was erroneous, was submitted for adjustment and has been subsequently removed from the vehicle recordWe did not refuse to do soWe made this right on her behalf
We have not yet conducted a full appraisal of Ms***'s vehicle to determine it's valueBut if Ms*** is willing, we will work to grant her request to transition her to a vehicle of equal value that shows no accidents on it's *** report
If that is acceptable, she may contact one of our sales managers Peter T*** (***), who will review the vehicles available to her and schedule an appointment for the full vehicle appraisal
We hope that this is sufficient for Ms*** so that we may move one and close this complaint

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and am not satisfied with Honda of Kirklands response. I paid full price for what ended up being a wrecked car and Honda of Kirkland needs to give me a 2012 Honda Civic with the same value they sold me the wrecked one for. They can appraise it for the value of what they sold it to me for to what said vehicle would be worth now.
