The refund was requested by our used car department. Due to the customer purchasing two cars, there was some confusion with regards to refund process. After one of the deals fell through our used car manager did request the monies to be refunded. I have attached a refund receipt. Customer should see...

Customer has been contacted by the dealership and is currently adhering to the customers request. Any further assistance can be obtained by emailing or calling myself.

Customer came in stating the air conditioning unit wasn't working properly not knowing the vents were shut off voluntary. Our service manager Bill C[redacted] opened up all the vents and explained why the A.C unit wasn't working properly. With regards to the Xm radio, the customer did not know how to operate the unit. After explaining how the presents work, customer was ok with the unit. A few weeks later customer put in a complaint with b.b.b stating both issues are again happening. We asked if the customer can come in for us to look at the issues but he refused.

I have reached out to the customer apologizing for the callback. We had placed the caller in our do not call list. I have reached out to our BDC department and all vendors not to call the customer. Customer has received only two calls from our dealership in the last four months. I have asked...

the customer to reach out too me for a goodwill oil change and/or tire rotation for his inconvenience. Customer has serviced his car with our dealership in 2015.

Customer was supposed to do an emission inspection as per Conn. State to complete her registration on car. Our managers called her numerous time to provide us the proper info but haven't heard back until recently. The other two mitigating circumstance was her insurance was in lapse and Conn. State...

DMV upgraded there software which caused major delay in there registration process. We have in the meantime resolved all issues with the customer. Honda of New Rochelle had to hire an outside company to expedite the registration and her plates.

Review: Dear Sir OR Madam Good Morning to YOU and I hope ALL are GREAT. Please kindly note that we are ** wholesale Club Member and ** have auto Buying program with their preferred car dealer. We called ** and they referred Honda of New Rochelle,[redacted]. Honda dealer itself proudly advertise of ** auto buying program on their website too. My wife and I went to dealer, shows ** Membership card and ** Auto buying Flyer and kindly requested to show us ** Member price of Honda 2011, stock # [redacted]. They decline to show the ** price. They do not have Honesty and transparency to conduct the business with consumers. We are not Happy and satisfied customer. They told us to buy at full price of $14,750, without reducing the price dime or nickle. They supposed to Honor the ** price as per their agreement. Please kindly note that If you go any where, any car dealer, they will definitely reduce the price at least $100. Besides, we are CASH BUYER and baught the car CASH of total $16,000. There are few CASH BUYERS in today's tough Economy. (2) The dealer have e-coupon on their website which I filled out to get discount and they did not even honor their own e-coupon. (3) We told them that we will use our own License plate and they send Registration with another new License plate. We had worst car buying experience with Honda of New Rochelle. They made our life miserable and gave hard time at every step of purchase. The Customer Satisfaction should be the Ultimate Goal of any business to maintain their company Reputation and to get referral / Expand the business. Today, Auto sector hit hard seriously in our Economy and everybody is affraid of Uncertain future. Thank you for giving Honda of New Rochelle an opportunity to respond to [redacted]’s complaint. First of all, prior to [redacted] coming into the dealership he asked to speak to myself with regards to the pricing that was advertised on our website. He requested further reduction in price explaning to me he is a current ** member. I intern explained to him the internet price is our best price and all specials including active ** member pricing is recognized. Part of the ** auto buying policy is to have a low, no hassle, no haggle price for the customer. I had explained that to him but [redacted] still drove down from Connecticut to our dealership with the intention to negotiate further. I had to explain to him again regardless of form of payment, the price that is advertised is our best price.

I have also attached **’s auto buying policy for further review and attached the “e-coupon” [redacted] is referring to. The e-coupon clearly states $200 off on any warranty with the purchase of any new or certified Honda. He refused the additional warranty but instead wanted to combine the $200 e-coupon with our best advertised price which we could not do.

Lastly with regards to title and registration we gave him both options to title and register the car but at no point he stated he wished to title and register the car himself. He opted to pay the normal DMV charges and took delivery of the car on Oct **. On October [redacted] emailed me and three other staff members thanking us for the purchase. At no time he ever expressed dissatisfaction to me or any of our staff members.

Review: We put a $500.00 dollar deposit down on a Honda Civic I asked them to refund me my money that I put down because I wasn't able to find a co signer for the vehcile. Honda Of New Rochelle was suppose to refund me my money on October [redacted] and I was told by the manger Thomas S[redacted] that it would take three to five business days. Today is October [redacted] and I still have not recieved my refund. I called several times and they have not yet resolve the situation. Review: We purchased a vehicle at Honda New Rochelle. They initially charged $300 for CT DMV fee and conversationally told us because it was out of state and they didn't know how much it would cost. They said they would refund the difference, based on a signed section of the contract that states that any overcharges will be refunded by the dealer within sixty days of securing the registration and title. We paid the $300, but the actual DMV fee turned out to be $185, so we are owed a balance of $115. However, after two months of nearly weekly phone calls and a visit to the dealer, they have still not honored the agreement to refund, nor have they responded to phone calls. Upon visiting, [redacted] told us that the remaining $115 from the DMV fee was the dealership's service fee and they would not be refunding it. [redacted], the manager, also informed us we were charged a few times in varying amounts for overnight delivery of the license plates and registration. But the plates were only delivered once, and he wouldn't reveal the amounts of each charge. [redacted] promised to cut us a check, but we have not received anything.Desired Settlement: Refund the full amount of $115 in a timely fashion, with an official receipt including any itemized deductions that may be incurred.

The refund amount is different from the last time I met with [redacted], the manager, who told us to cut a check for $32.50 to send to us by mail. He has not sent us me the check, and now he even changed the amount down to $17.50. Why did he change the courier service fee to $65.00 from $50.00? What this courier service fee charge was for? I demand to have official recespts for each deducted items listed.

Notes: By law, they have to give me all the documents I have signed, but [redacted], the sales, told me they cannot do that because this is the company policy for their own security issues.

Review: Sales Representative [redacted] is falsely trying to enforce a deal in which he voided when he informed me that due to my lack of credit and credit history he could not grant to me leasing a car on my own. He offered $280.00 a month for a Honda Accord and required for me to pay the fees and taxes stating that I had been approved and would be able to get car on my own. I paid the monies required and on the following day received a call from **. [redacted] that unfortunately we could not get the $280.00 as the bank denied the agreement ( but refused to refund ** fees I already had paid) as I did not have enough credit history or Credit to be a first time car owner without having a co-signer. At that time [redacted] agreed to have Honda run her credit to see if she qualified as a co-signer. [redacted] credit was equivilant to mine which also was denied or required an extremely high monthly payment which I could not afford. At that point [redacted] was also asked to be a co-signer and he also agreed to have Honda run credit to see If I then could get car at the original $280.00 agreement. He was approved but for $321.00 a month and we said no. Honda then counter offered at $295.00. At that time we spoke with [redacted] who is thier finance manager. We told [redacted] we would have to come back as even $15 increase was something we needed to discuss. We contacted **.[redacted] on Sunday and told him we had an emergency but he could call [redacted] or [redacted] to discuss in further detail if we were going to agree to increase from $280.00 to $295.00. I finally then agreed that $295.00 was not affordable for me and informed [redacted] and [redacted] that we could no longer continue with the deal as we would not be able to pay extra money. They then informed us that they had already put plates on vechicle and so forth. I then questioned why would they do that as we never agreed to the $295.00 or never signed any contract stating we would pay the $295.00. ** co-signer [redacted] had never signed any papers agreeing to co-sign and all he had done was allowed them to run his credit to see if it would help me with getting a lower monthly payment. **. [redacted] then continue to say that he would "eat" the difference and fix the papers thru the bank to make me look like I had excellent credit and make it so the payment then would remain at $280.00 and not $295.00 or the $321.00 [redacted] was asking us to sign along with [redacted]. I continued to tell him that I was no longer interested as when we left there last he said it would be $295.00 and my co-signer was not agreeing to sign at this time. He then said that he would enforce the "Original" agreement although he had already asked that [redacted] and [redacted] come in as co-signers. I again reiterated that I had only agreed to the $280.00 a month without a co-signer when he guaranteed that was the deal. The moment he changed it he voided the contract. He then told me I was not getting my D** fees back and that he was going to make it seem as I reniged on the original contract of $280.00 and once he did that the bank would never beleive me that he or [redacted] had at anytime said the montly payment was going to be $295.00 or $321.00 making it seem that I backed out of the agreement on my own with no just cause.

[redacted] is a scam artist and had the audacity to tell me he was going to fix the papers thru the bank as I canceled at last miute and that bank or no one else would ever beleive me so good luck in trying to get [redacted] fees back. It is a shame that there are people like this in the world. It is appauling.Desired Settlement: Return of Fees

Honda of New Rochelle has been able to respond and amicably resolve the complaint filed by [redacted] on 8/**/2013. After speaking to **. [redacted] via telephone, Honda of New Rochelle has immediately refunded the entire amount of money left as a deposit by **. [redacted] on Aug **, 2013. The money was refunded back to the credit card that was originally charged for the full amount of $771.50. A sales manager ([redacted]) spoke to **. [redacted] and apologized to her on behalf of the dealership for her experience and reiterated that **. [redacted] and **. [redacted] can deal with the sales manager directly in the future. The dispute was also reviewed with the salesperson and addressed internally to ensure that all of Honda of New Rochelle's have an excellent and positive experience before during and after the sale.

Review: I have a 2014 honda accord coupe..though not purchased from this dealership..they are still a honda dealership and I believe are required to honor any warranty problems....I have had repeated elctrical problems with the navigation system...camera systems...and today I tried to shut the radio off and the music keeps playing....this car is only a year old and after a 34000 dollar investment I dont expect these problems...I callled today to tell them about it and after the service tech named [redacted] talks to me with a nasty attitude I tell her well if im gonna have to leave the car a I am gonna need a loaner...she tells me that as of january [redacted] there is a new law in place that I would have to leave a 250 dollar deposit for the loaner that would take 30 business days to get back...law??....what law??...im a retired police officer with a law degree....hogwash.....they offer me shuttle service...I said no cuz I have things to do...if they have the car a week I want a loaner....I gottta go to work...etc etc....I reminded them that they have insurance for that and what they are doing to their customers is highway robbery.....I refuse to pay a 250 deposit for a loaner when the fault is hondas....not mine.....again...the car is only a year old and covered by warrant....and I want it fixed right....not turn the car offf then turn it on and tell me...oh see the computer had to reset....thats all.....there is an electrical problem somewhere in the car and I want it fixed properly....even if it requires new parts...but I want and expect a loaner....period...this is my attempt to solve it with the business...after this I go to honda and on up the chain...im payin 600 a month for this car....they want 250 for a loaner??...truly a joke....I want my car fixedDesired Settlement: I want my car fixed properly and a loaner if needed

Review: I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which my car was declared a total loss on 7/**/13. I've tried to cancel my extended service warranty (Custom Edge) through Honda of New Rochelle (used-car department) since 8/**/13 where I sent a fax containing a cover letter stating that I needed to cancel the extended warranty, total loss letter from my insurance company, and a copy of the extended service agreement. To date Honda of New Rochelle has done nothing to help me, today’s date is 1/**/14. From my initial phone call on 8/**/13 I was told it would take 90 days to process, and that it was being “worked on”. After the 90 days passed I called and was notified that the person I spoke with ([redacted]) was no longer an employee and Joe would be looking into this for me. Some more time went by and I called again to receive the same news that Joe was unavailable, and that [redacted] would be helping me. I once again faxed in all of my paperwork, I received one call from [redacted], and that was it...no courtesy or follow up calls have been received. I called again to speak to [redacted], (the [redacted] I have dealt with), who insisted that he would "personally look into this, and get back to you". That was on 1/*/14. I called [redacted] on several occasions and was placed on hold for 25 minute intervals resulting in me having to hang up and re-dial. No call back thus far. I finally called Custom Edge directly to see what Honda of New Rochelle submitted, and where we stood in the process. I was utterly shocked when they informed me that nothing had been done! They also informed me that I can only be rebated from 45-days from when they receive the paperwork. This means I will not be pro-rated for approximately five months that was lost due to Honda’s incompetence. The customer service at this dealership is horrendous. This is not the first issue I had since inception of purchasing the Warranty, the finance representative during my purchase lied to me and told me if I drove the car off of the lot that I couldn’t purchase an extended service warranty after (which is untrue when I spoke with [redacted], the first [redacted] I dealt with), I also agreed to a -$0- deductible, yet when I spoke with a Custom Edge representative they informed me that my deductible was $**0. Honda of New Rochelle are crooks, completely unprofessional, and blatantly do not care about customer service. There is a constant turnover in personnel, and therefore nobody has to take responsibility. Shame on them! One more thing, I was married in **13, I tried changing my new name and address with Honda of New Rochelle, yet every time I call they still have myold information. They can’t even perform a simple name/address change.Desired Settlement: I want this remedied by receiving my full pro-rated refund since my accident on 7/**/13. This entire ordeal has been exhausting and beyond frustrating. I want someone to take responsibility for this. I have fax cover confirmations that will show my faxes went through, who they were addressed to, and Honda should have records of my calls with them on file, unless that don’t track that either. To not have common decency or respect for your customers when you have done them wrong is a terrible way to run a business. I will be sending a formal complaint to Honda Motor Co.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Honda of New Rochelle has been resolved.

Honda of

New Rochelle started calling me within several days from when I filed my

complaint with the Revdex.com. I must have received **+ calls from them, telling me

they are “working on it”. 3-4 of those

calls were “the check will get to you within 5-7 business days” 2 calls were “we

are waiting on the [redacted] to sign”. I

finally received the check on 2/**/14, my original complaint to the Revdex.com was on

1/**/14. It took them 7 months, in total,

to resolve the issue. At first they

tried to blame the Extended Warranty Company, once they got the gist that I

was not satisfied with that answer, nor did I believe them, they took a little

bit of ownership, they were not nearly as apologetic as they should have been. Rather,

they stuck with the blame game. I stand

by my word that I would never recommend anyone to purchase a car from this

business. I am glad this ordeal is over

with, and I cannot thank the Revdex.com enough, for without them I would still be on

hold, waiting for someone to get back to me.

If Honda of New Rochelle reads this response, STOP CALLING ME, I am no

longer interested in anything you have to say.

Review: My name is [redacted], and I was interested in a Audi 2012. I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle on or around ** November. We couldn't come to an agreement on the vehicle sale, and I was tracking I would get my money back. I haven't received my money back and I have inquired about it about 5 times. 500 dollars is significant to me and its unacceptable to me that I haven't received my money back. I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and I will be going to the NY state attorney general to file a complaint. I just want this resolved as soon as possible. I've spoken to several people; [redacted] in the the used car sales manager that was suppose to dealing with my refund. They kept telling me he will get with "them" and find out what is going on and call me back. I never heard from [redacted], so I called him. He didnt know who I was or about my issue, and had to take my information down again. He said he was going to figure it out and call me back. He never did. There are a business so I am sure the understand the present vs future value of money, so I need them to refund my $500 deposit.Desired Settlement: I want my money back; not having $500 is have major implications of my lifestyle.

Review: at Dec 20007 I bought a honda odyssie 2007 also I paid $700.00 to install a low jack alarm system,but on the bill of sale Honda of new rochelle did not print the price so I tried to get a receipt for it but they play game with me.I need the receipt since my car was stolen last year and was recovery 6 days later so LOW JACK wants refund me the money but need proof of installation.Desired Settlement: the receipt
