The repair order states "Significant rust on the underside of the vehicle causing rotors to be pitted and LR caliper to stickRecommend replacing rear rotors, pads and possibly LR caliper." Rust is caused by driving conditions including salts, sand, and snow/ice melts.
Unfortunately rust is not covered by Honda Warranty. Please call to discuss your thoughts on Honda of Salem causing this issue and to discuss a resolution.Matt P***General Manager***
