Mr [redacted] visited the dealership today at 1:pm MrMike G [redacted] and myself met with him and went through his paperwork for about minutes We answered all of his questions that he possibly had Honda of Sumner had no wrong doing or mistakes on Mr [redacted] ’s contracts and have been 100% compliant with all WA state laws Honda of Sumner has already issued Mr [redacted] ’s lienholder a check for over dollars for cancellation of multiple products that he had purchased at the time of sale If you have any questions going forward please reach out to me and I am happy to sit down with Mr [redacted] again at any time if he has any further questions Thanks, Bryan K***

The [redacted] has no record of Mr [redacted] inquiring about the purchase of a vehicleAfter contacting the General Sales Manager (Carlos S***) at the dealership, we were informed that Mr [redacted] was directed to their dealership via [redacted] , [redacted] and the dealers own website As such, he confirmed that the purchase of the vehicle was not reflective of [redacted] member pricingMr [redacted] also did not qualify for the [redacted] member Parts & Accessories voucherMrS [redacted] did relate that the [redacted] s did trade the first vehicle for an automatic version days from the original transaction, that a refund in the amount of $5,would be posting to the members bank, and that he would personally notify Mr [redacted] The [redacted] s are welcome to contact the [redacted] any time in the future to assist with their vehicle purchase needs

I am rejecting this response because: The complaint that I filed has nothing to do with *** or the Auto program that *** has. My complaint is with Rairdon Honda of Sumner!!Prior to filing my complaint I made numerous attempt to speak with the Manager of the Dealer and I was all told he was not available. I waited for him on one of my attempts for hours and he never showed up or came outOther times I was told he would call me and he never did he attempted to call to explain what had happened with my contracts. See below a brief explanation of what happened and has not been fully resolved.I purchased my vehicles from Rairdon Honda of Sumner not from ***. When I purchased my 1st vehicle from Rairdon Honda, I was charged for a Extended Warranty service Contract and Gap coverage, Perma plate, Etch Registration and paint protection cover along with other charges that I have no idea but I ended up financing $25,approx dollars. After I had the vehicle for about a week and put under 75miles I contact Rairdon Honda and explained to them that my wife was having problems with the car. Carlos the sales rep said no problem bring the car back and we will get you into another carso my wife and I took it back and they put us into another car and I gave them additional $more to add towards the purchase of the second car priced at $18k and they kept saying don't worry. So off we go with another car. days later I get my first bill on the second car and my finance amount was over $29,extremely OVER PRICED FIT HONDA CAR.So what they did was roll over the fist car warranties,gap ,perma plate, etch registration , paint protection that should of been refund into the second car that they put us intocharging us twice for the same coverage. After I filed the complaint I received a refund for $indicating that is was for the second car warranty and gap but my $down is still missing along with the service warranty, gap , etch registration and perma plates for the 1st car.There have been numerous mistakes or charges that were not explained to me to understand what I was been charged for and I was totally scammed and taken advantage that I did not know what was going on and they just wanted to sell a car, as they rushed and spoke to us so fast that I did not catch what happened before I left the dealershipAs I explained I went back times and nobody would talk to me and review all the contracts. So at this point I Want my $down payment back and refund the service warranties, gap and paint protection on the 1st car so that I can pay down the car and maybe be able to refinance my car loanbecause right now I cannot refinance the car note because the car is not worth the amount that I was charged for.I feel scammed and cheated because everyone avoid talking with me.Thank you for your help with dealership scam.
