Lies and Thieves
I went to lease a new Honda CRV EX BD at Honda of Turnersville. My first attempt, I was given a trade in price of $4910 for my 2020 Nissan Rogue that was leased at same auto mall. With a significant amount down and trade in, I was quoted $312 per month 36 months lease 10,000 miles and paying more for the color white. I wasn’t ready at that point to lease from there. I had time before my lease was up.
I returned yesterday to lease the Honda CRV EX BD. At first l, they were only giving me a lil over $2000 for my trade in. My trade in is in excellent condition, looks brand new! I put seat covers on it and all weather mats, front and back! Car is immaculate! I reminded the sales manager, Chris of the numbers he gave me the last time. He said he couldn’t offer that amount to me now! He had the previous quote in the computer, to! Not even a month later, are you kidding me! Then he said he couldn’t get a payoff for my vehicle. Last time I was there, he had it and I made my last payment of $252.18 on 7/14 and I was at Honda 7/15! I was so upset with the way he handled my so called deal and took it very personal! They quoted $360 a month with same amount down! From $312 a month, it sky rocketed to $360! Chris would not budge to bring numbers down. Manager Pete came to talk to me. He brought it down to $325 a month. I still wasn’t happy! He came back and said my final offer $319! Still, $3183 for my trade in! I explained I needed to stay close to previous payment as I could because I am trying to retire and planned on keeping this car! I feel they should have give. me the initial quote of my trade in and brought it down to $312 or better! And also, I am a woman and I feel treated differently if I were a man!
I took the deal of $319, but I am very unhappy, disappointed and dissatisfied with the deal I was given. I took it because I wanted the car, but very displeased with the monthly payment that I have to come up with every month all because Chris would not stick with original offer! And, that was first quote! I didn’t even haggle because I knew I was coming back! So I feel I was cheated and lied to!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My complaint is with the lack of customer service from the sales and management team at Honda of Turnersville Because of the lies told to me from the salesman, I am now stuck paying for a vehicle I do not have possession of When I made my appointment with John (which I kept, 11/15/at 1800hrs), I explained that I would not be leasing another Honda, and was still assured that Honda of Turnersville would allow me to turn in my CR-V early, penalty free At no point did John explain that he would be able to assist me in another make of vehicle, or that the same would be required to wave the remaining payments Had John and the rest of the sales team at Honda of Turnersville, been honest with me, I would still be driving g the CR-V today Regards, [redacted]

Per Honda Service Manager, the customer broke the key somehow and the plastic cannot be replaced separately and therefore has to purchase the entire key and must be programmedCustomer was offered to just buy a new key and we would program it at no charge

The Honda service department is happy to refund the amount that the customer paid for the repair of the key Please contact the service manager, [redacted] to make arrangements to receive your payment We thank you for allowing us to serve you and hope that you are able to find another service center that can meet your future needs

be REIMBURSED for the full "out of pocket cost" of the tire that Honda of Turnersville attempted to repair, outside of the recommended warranty companies guidelinesAlso, I would like to be refunded for the "patch" job completed by honda of turnersville which lead us into this situation in the first place.

response because the dealership should stand behind the key that was created. It seems unreasonable that the key should falter twice based on use. As I indicated previously, it was the original service advisor who indicated that the key should not be used unless fixed; i.ethe key seemed workable until the initial service visit. Perhaps the Turnersville dealership can replace the plastic portion of the key and I can take the plastic housing to another dealership to attach it to the metal portion of the key. Alternatively, the entire amount that I spent to have new key created ($118.99) can be refunded, so that I may work with another dealership
