I finally received a the items for my vehicle registration last week so my big concern is resolved. I am glad to see that someone within the company is looking into the matter as I hope it prevents the issue from occurring in the future for another customer. I still never received the call back from the dealer to keep me in the loop. The paperwork randomly showed up in the mail. It is never acceptable to make a consumer wait 5 months for registration documentation on a vehicle. Thank you for your help on the matter.
