Response received via fax to Revdex.com, including copy of Repair Order Invoice -- scan is attached; text of letter reads as follows: "RE: Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] On 5-25-2016, the customer came in, to have his fork seals replaced. When the bike came in, the forks were visibly bent. We removed...

and took apart, both bent forks. We replaced one inner fork and straighten one fork. We replaced the fork seals and oil. We test drove the bike, after all the reinstallation and replacement work was complete. The scope of this repair order, was limited to the forks, fork seals, and oil. The customer picked up the bike on 6-28-2016. On 6-29-2016, he called and said he has an oil leak in the motor, and two bolts were missing from the oil pump cover, He blames us for the oil leak and the missing bolts, however, this makes no sense, since, as previously state: the scope of this repair order, was limited to the forks, seals, and oil. As a result, we did not touch the oil pump cover. After I (Thomas [redacted]), spent approximately 20 minutes, discussing the issue with the customer, I attempted to help resolve the issue (taking into consideration, the customer had just spent approximately $600.00 at our shop) by offering to give him a couple for bolts and some oil. However, he rejected my offer. At that point, it was, the customer who got defensive and started making court threats. I merely responded to the threat, keeping in mind, the scope of this repair order, was limited to the forks, fork seals, and oil. As a result, we did not touch the oil pump cover.
