I am rejecting this response because:the school is refusing to take responsibility for their actions Regards, [redacted]

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is unsatisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

After researching this comment and not finding records for this student via first name, last name, email, or address, I've concluded this remark is in regards to Hondros College of Nursing, which is a separate organization - owned by a separate corporation - when compared to Hondros College of BusinessHowever, I do want to help assist the student so I have passed all contact information to a Director within Hondros College of Nursing and he has ensured me he will take care of thisGood luck!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. * The consumer said a refund does resolve her complaint and she said she will notify Revdex.com once it has been processed, however, the consumer stated the refund was not on her credit card when she checked today ...

I am rejecting this response because:I was sent several bills that were incorrectI continued to show that I did not purchase books through Hondros or a laptopGoing from a $bill to a $bill is quite a significant difference and I feel Hondros should absorb the balance as a good faith action, considering the many months I was hounded for a balance that was significantly inflatedMrStiver indicated to me he thought that would be very possible, given the circumstancesA zero balance is what I think would be a fair resolution as I constantly worried my credit would be hurt over the incorrect billing

The College responded and believes the original response is adequateThere will be no further communication regarding this matter Sincerely, DrJeremy H***Chief Administrative Officer & Provost

I am rejecting the response from Dr*** ***'s
reply on behalf of Hondros College. It
seems very clear to me that Dr*** ***’s explanation of the history of
the value and weight of the ATI Comprehensive Predictor Test, as it applies to my
ADN Program, proves to be precisely what my complaint is all about. At the time my contract was signed, which was
on April 1, 2014, he explains the requirement was a score of 69.3% to account
for 30% of my final grade this would have had no impact on my fulfillment of
requirements. As stated by Dr
***, he had not had approval from the Ohio Board of Nursing until
August 19, to change this score to 75% and it being a requirement to pass
the course. Also stated was this was an
evaluation change, not a change in the progression of program, which it is absolutely
doing to me, and half of my class from last term (Fall 2015) at this time
Over
the past several weeks I have been diligent in trying to communicate and make
some sense of thisI have asked what the date the new owners of the school
took over ownership of the Nursing College as to see who is responsible for
upholding my contract, and have received no responseI have asked who holds
the positions of Director of Nursing, Dean of ADN program, and our Student
Advocate, to try and resolve these issues, all without response. I have made several attempts to receive answers
to questions regarding validity of material tested by ATI and if there was
anyway of opening up my test to review to numerous administration members via
email, which have not been responded to as of yet. I have even contacted the representative from
ATI, MsJoy Weller, who facilitated our mandatory day weekend review, to ask
her the correct answers for a few of the questions I could not find in the ATI
provided material. She did respond, only
to direct me to the section of the book where this information is supposed to
be found. I responded to her that the
information to answer these questions was not in the material, and this was the
last I heard from her. Tawnya ***,
the Dean of the PN program at Hondros College, tried assisting me in contacting
ATI regarding a corrections file to the ATI text books found on the ATI website,
of which we were never informed by anyone at Hondros College or ATI of its
existence. Ms*** got back to me
stating that ATI told her the information about corrections files was told on
the “Getting Started” video on ATI. I
tried to open this video and was unsuccessful, I read the PDF format of “Getting
Started” and there is no mention of these corrections. I am very upset about these files as there is
pertinent information to have answered a few questions correctly on the
Comprehensive predictor. My argument for
this has never been that the ATI software is not a useful tool, it is simply
not without errorI think it is also just a tool, and something that should
hold no bearing of my ability to pass the NCLEX on my first attempt, of which
ATI reported I had a 97% chance to do so (same percentage as a 75% score on the
test)I think it is wrong that I received a 97.45% for the NUR course, and
for not being able to call this an exit exam, it most certainly has left me
unable to exitThis entire process should be looked at and re-evaluated. There is a large amount of money being spent
by upwards of people paying to take this, and only this NUR course for a
second, and for some, a third time
I am aware this response
may sound a little more than expected, however I feel that it is important that
you see there are far more issues related to this than students being upset
with failing a class. Thank you for your
time in this matter, and feel free to contact me with any further questions

After reviewing our corporate records - coupled with the names given in the complaint - I have come to the conclusion this is in regards to the Hondros College of Nursing, not the Hondros College of Business that I am affiliated with. I have passed the information to the appropriate managerial
associate within the Nursing College and I will continue to help resolve the situation if necessary
