THIS COMPLAINT WAS INVESTIGATED BY INTERVIEWING SEVERAL EMPLOYEES INVOLVED WITH THIS VEHICLETHE DAMAGE TO THEIR REAR BUMPER IS OLD DAMAGE THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY THERE FOR QUITE SOME TIME.IT IS INDICATIVE OF SOMEONE TRYING TO BACK UP TO A TRAILER,AND HITTING THE BUMPER WITH THE FRONT OF THE TRAILER COUPLER,OR POSSIBLY A BIKE RACK WAS ON THIS VEHICLE AT SOME TIME THAT WAS HITTING THE BUMPER ABOVE THE HITCH RECEIVER.WE WASHED THIS VEHICLE AS A COURTESY TO THE CUSTOMER.NOT UNTIL IT WAS WASHED DID THE CUSTOMER NOTICE THE BUMPER DAMAGE.WE HAVE SEVERAL PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE IN QUESTIONOUR SERVICE MANAGER OFFERED TO GIVE THEM A INTERIOR STEP PLATE THAT THEY CLAIMED WAS SCRATCHED,SINCE THEY HAD SPENT OVER $IN SERVICE,AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE....NOT AN ADMISSION OF ANY GUILTTHE CUSTOMER WAS SWEARING AT OUR GAL WHO PICKED UP THEIR INCOMING CALL.ALSO THE CUSTOMER WAS SWEARING AT OUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ONCE THEY WERE ABLE TO SPEAK TO HIM.HE REQUESTED THEY SPEAK WITHOUT SWEARING,AND HUNG UPTHE CUSTOMER DID CALL BACK,AND SPOKE IN A CIVIL TONETHE CUSTOMER DID STOP IN WITH A MALE FRIEND WHO BECAME VERY BELLIGERENT,SWEARING,AND DEMANDING THE SERVICE MANAGER COME OUTSIDE...TRYING TO PICK A FIGHTTHEY WERE ASKED TO LEAVEOUR STAFF HAS BEEN AS COURTEOUS AS POSSIBLE ,WHILE ENDURING THREATS FROM THE MALE PERSON INVOLVEDMY POSITION IS AS FOLLOWS: # WE DID NOT DAMAGE THEIR REAR BUMPER.IT IS PREVIOUS DAMAGEWE HAVE NO INTENTION OF REPAIRING IT,OR GIVING THEM ANY MONEY TOWARDS ANY REPAIR THEY MAY WANT TO DO# WE WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR AT THE DEALERSHIP.ANY FURTHER THREATS BY THESE INDIVIDUALS WILL BE DEALT WITH BY CALLING THE POLICEAT THIS POINT,I DO NOT WANT THESE FOLKS TO ENTER OUR FACILITY AGAIN# THE MECHANICAL WORK WE HAVE PERFORMED IS WARRANTIED BY US,AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT INTENTIONALLY ABUSE THE VEHICLEIF YOU HAVE ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS,PLEASE RESPOND TO EMAIL ONLY

*** *** I purchased the *** on march 23,and at the time the vehicle wasn"t inspected or ready to leave there lot so I had to return to Hondru *** to pick up the *** on March 24,2015 I contacted the saleman Doug W*** I never at one time heard from the sales manager kevin,and Also the Extended service warranty for I didn't receive I received a check for 1,for the extended service warranty Then on March30,I contacted Doug W*** about the *** that I wasnt happy with the *** he said they were very busy with the end of the month,and for me to call him back after pm,not once did he mention I would here from a Kevin or a Tim,So on April1,I returned the *** and got my *** *** and not a dime of $8,cash I put down towards the purchase of the *** and on April 15,I heard from Tim M*** on why I contacted the Revdex.com,and he said that it was a couple hundred dollars for the transfer of both vehicles so I said okay you still have $7,of my cash money,and they didn't mark the *** up the purchased price on the *** was $12,they gave it back to me for $9,500.00,I have never talked to anyone in Hondru dealership (meaning Kevin,Tim.no one explain to me that the value of *** once return with less the miles put on *** and never was there stated or there a sign saying after days we will not let you return a vehiclei have since received registration card for ***I have talk to Mr.Tim M*** three times Aprilsince I wrote to you's one because he called me because I contacted Revdex.com,and then I contacted him after my attorney advised me to to give him a chance to resolve this matter withone the *** be return to me since its hasn't been that long that its still tagged and titled in my name in state of Pa,Second option was to return my cash minus the couple hundred for transfer,taxes,etc.So Mr.Tim M*** said he would talk to his boss,and he returned my call with a price of $and my attorney said noway,so my attorney is taking the necessary and proper steps to hopefully get my money back for me

Regardless if a vehicle passes inspection or not, there is a standard charge for the time the technician spends evaluating the vehicleI believe the fee for the diagnostic evaluation of *** ***'s Jeep was fair for the services that were provided. Mr M*** explained in detail that she did receive the credit for her extended service contractShe also received plus offer to send another restocking fee backShe doesn't seem to understand the figures even after Mr M*** reviewed them with her.
She is not entitled to a full refund on the *** under any regulation.
If her attorney wants to contact us that is fineWe can discuss with him

I never showed up with my male friend who wanted to "pick a fight" I was sworn at by Dave by the use of the word [redacted]. I was also told I could be put on hold and not sure on hold by numerous people. And I was told they would submit this to an insurance company and was never.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
