Review: Hired company to cement backyard in Sept.2012. The cement starting chipping from rain around Sept. 2013. When the first snowfall came in the winter of 2013, the entire yard started chipping more and more with each snowfall. In January 2014, the top layer of the cement was gone, all I can see is rocks. On January 30, I made the first phone call to the company to come out to look at the yard, and was asked to wait until the weather broke so they could get a good look at what was happening. Contacted the company again on February 4 to arrange for them to come out, no response. I've contacted the company five times since February, they say they will come out to see what's happening, but never show up.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to refund my money, or completely redo the work using quality materials.
