that time that the way her tire was wearing was due to the vehicle steering/suspension wear or alignment problemsThe vehicle was not brought into the shop for proper inspection therefor we could not tell her the source of the premature wearThe tire manufactures warranty cards are available in our shops for customers to view or take with themIf for some reason the location is out of stock, the customer may request a copy to be printed out while they wait or a copy can be emailed to themI am including a copy General Tire's limited warranty and adjustment policyI have highlighted the pertinent information on page seven of the manual
We are very sorry Ms*** has gone through another tire so quickly, but the wear is a result of a problem with her vehicle that is outside of the control or responsibility of Honest-Auto Care or General Tire
