I am rejecting this response because:What was stated was not factualHe did not respond to the Attorney General I bought my own back breaks from another store When I called Aauto to complain I was told that I should have been given options and that I got the top of the line breaks I would not have known they were top of the line if I was not told that I was not informed of my options, I was not guided by the "Honest" company it proclaims to be The reason I don't wish to speak with Ais because they continue to less than truthful and ignore all my requests for written response Why can't they just do the right thing and honor my request to right the wrong that they did?Thank you,*** ***

[redacted], We took into consideration they way you felt regarding the original repair and the options given to you at the time.  We did not put in "top of the line " parts.  However we did put in our standard premium quality brake parts as we put in almost all repairs as we are proud to...

offer the best warranty on our repairs in the marketplace.  The contingency with the warranty we are able to extend of 3 years / 36,000 miles is that we put in OE quality or better parts.  The only "cheaper" options are not OE quality and only warranted by the manufacturers for 12 months / 12,000 miles.  We are not generally willing to put sub standard inferior parts on our customer's vehicles.  We pride ourselves on providing the absolute best quality repairs at the best value.  Your vehicle was in need of front and rear brakes.  The front brakes are more important because they are responsible for 75% of the braking power.  When you chose front brakes we moved forward based on the safety necessity of the front brakes.  However your rear brakes were making noise and clearly that was what was most important to you.  When you raised concern the store manager, Jason, offered to help find a solution that worked by allowing you to purchase your own parts to avoid the standard markups and we agreed to put them in at a significant labor discount.  So the net effect was that you received both front and rear brake jobs at a combined rate which was much less than what a retail customer would normally pay.  When I learned that you were still upset I made significant efforts to reach you but you refused to speak to me.  You also filed a complaint with the attorney General, which I responded to.  I am very disappointed that you do not wish to resolve this with me.  We feel we have gone up and above in our efforts to make things right and make you happy.I would love the opportunity to speak with you.
