12/21/ I tried to work this out with them before they contacted the Revdex.comThey had been customers for several yearsEvery time they brought the car in this time, I could not find this problem but did find other things needed on this car which has about 200,miles on itThere was some work I did at no chargeThings got out of hand between us and her husband was threatening to come down here and " [redacted] "Every time she brought the car in, it was always "We need this back tomorrow." No, I will not pay them $and don't think I owe them a centWould I pay anything, like 1/of what they want? They won't quit even if I pay them somethingThanks for explaining how complaints are closed and how they appear on the Revdex.com website for a few years I will not offer to pay them even one dime and understand you will close the complaintThanks

I have already responding directly to the customer and I don't believe there is any fixing this situation

12/21/2017  We kept taking the car back but the brake problem never did get fixed. He kept finding other things which we had him fix and spent over $1200.00 there.  Yes, we eventually...

got them fixed another way for over $200.00 with help from others, not a repair shop. Would I take less? O.k, to be done with it, I would take half; $150.00Oh, you were able to reach him today. I am not surprised he would not offer anything and I felt that would be his position. Understand you will close my complaint. Thanks for trying.

Every time she brought the car in, it was always "We need this back tomorrow."  No, I will not pay them $300.00 and don't think I owe them a cent. Would I pay anything, like 1/2 of what they want? They won't quit even if I pay them something.
