Review: On Oct-18-2012,I brought my car 2006 Lexus IS350 to Honest Auto Service located at 1[redacted] for a brake inspection.Mr. [redacted],the owner of the business,informed me that he will check the brake system. Three hours later,when I left the auto shop already, Mr. [redacted] called me for the key to the glove compartment to retrieve the wheel lock. I told him I can be at the shop in about an hour, but 20 minutes later he called me to tell me he was able to open the glove compart. He then informed me that my car needs a brake job that costs $439.00.I accepted his estimate.When I picked up my car,I discovered that my glove compart could not close because the lock was damaged. I asked Mr. [redacted] why it could not close, to which he replied he does not know.Two weeks after the brake job repair, I notice my car make noise every time I braked.I brought my car back to Mr. [redacted] for re-fix this issue in Nov-2012. Three weeks later, the noise came out again, even louder than before. My wife and I brought it back to Honesty Auto Service and told Mr. [redacted]," Please check it carefully, because we're worried for our two babies on board every day". This time,Mr. [redacted] said it is making noise because the brakes are getting dusty. We're surprised about his explanation.He re-fixed the vehicle again in January 2013. Three weeks later the vehicle began making very loud noise again. We brought the vehicle back in February, where Mr. [redacted] told us that he is not making any money for this job and he harassed us with very impolite languages and attitude.during this visit, he also asked us for $65.00 more. We told him that this is the third time we've experienced the same problem and it is a result of Mr. [redacted] did not fix the issue from the beginning.In March 2013,my car is making same noise and steering wheel is pulling to the right.We are really terrified to drive the car. I brought my car back to Mr. [redacted] again. He acted so bad to us and said:" If we want to file a lawsuit, go ahead..."Desired Settlement: We were tired up and very disappointed because Mr. [redacted] attitude .Now my car is not safety to drive.We need our money back.

l would like to reply to the letter written by [redacted], lD:#[redacted], as followed: There are 3 issues on the letters and I would like to answer them one by one as below:

1/ Mr. [redacted] complained about the his glove compartment was broken We did not temper or break his glove compartment. We pressed the button and it opened itself. The reason we called because we respected owner's privacy.

We don't open anything unless we have permission. We have been granted permission.

2/ The problem with the noises We changed two rear rotors and the brake pads in the rear wheel, and change the brake pads in the front wheel. 2 weeks later, Mr. [redacted] brough back and complained about the noise. We

found out that the noises came from the front ends mechanism which had never been maintained properly, not from the brakes. 3 weeks later, he brought it back again, complained about noises. We found out

that the noise was caused by the right front rotor, which was warped for some reasons. Either by an accident or by excessive using, or by accident. We were kind enough to suggest to replace the front right rotor, which we

would charge only $65.00 for the part, not charging the labor. Mr. [redacted] refused.

3/ Harrasslng language

At no time at Honest Auto Service that we would use any strong language to "harras" our customers as stated by Mr. [redacted]'s letter. ln fact, we were the ones who were verbally abused by Mr. [redacted] and his wife during the contact.

It was Mr. [redacted]'s wife who has threatened to bring us to file a law suit, not us. As a business, we always treat our customers with respect, fairness and care and always do the best we can to please them so they will come back.

They Chinese man is very disrespectful

& he over charged me $900 & messed up my window that I told to not pit down.

Very RACIST workers. Chinese man who is the owner told me that he doesn't need

PLEASE do not waste your time coming here

They are bad business! I'm a 22 yr old college student that was extremely upset & didn't even act out of anger. The Mexican mechanic completely messed up my window & refuse to fix it. It's 2016 for people to still be acting the way they are. I called the police & so did he,

But ofcourse you all know ITS GRETNA.

No such thing as justice especially to a litto black girl that just wanted a tune up & wanted my window fix that THEY BROKE.
