Honest Construction in action made the customer aware that we forgot to tuck point his chimney in the very back of his home and that we would be back to take care of it at his convenience The tuck pointing job will only take min we would be more than happy to complete the job .$

I wrote a contract to skim coat three bedroom,two bathroom,kitchen,living room,dinning room and including painting room Customer provides all material All payments will be made in 1/as the job untill the job is completed All rooms have been skim coated master bathroom is the only room that
has not had a final sand All rooms have been painted with one exception and that is the master bathroom Customer was upset that the estimated time to finish the job went over so we agreed to do extra work in his home We framed a wall, patch holes and agreed to skim coat an area that was not included in our original agreement Mr*** told me that since it has been taken longer than expected he was going to be anal with me about the work He came home and took a spot light and magnifying glass to all finished walls and placed stickers on them and said fix it or you don't get your last payment Keep in mind that all of living room,bathroom #1,bedroom #work was done two weeks ago and he did not have an issue with the work until he said that he was going to be anal with meSo I told him that if he want someone else to finish the master bathroom the final 1/payment of 1,can be use to finish the rest of the bathroom he also took fixtuers away from the walls and told me that I should be responsible for putting it back at no chared Toilest and sinks that we did not remove We also cleaned up after we left I have photos
