To all concerned parties,In response to Mr [redacted] complaint we would like all parties to know that it was never our intention to have the major permit issues that caused such delays This complaint is directly tied to the only other one we have had this year under the name [redacted] It is important to note that we do not have a contract with Mr [redacted] but only with Ms [redacted] Th Sunroom project was to be installed at the property that we believe they share The custom room was engineered to their specifications and has been custom built to their exact specifications and is currenly in our manufacturers warehouse waiting on the green light and permits to be installed There are several factors and expenses that go into the archtechtural and engineered design of a custom room of this type First, our engineers and architechs have to do drawings and designs to meet customer desires and county code They charge hansomely for these services, so we have spent several thousand dollars on these services Second, no manufacturer of a room of this magnitude is going to custom design and build this product without a significant deposit These factors make for a full refund unrealistic Having said all that, we still want to install this beautiful room for this customer We were very close to securing the permit when we got the cancellation message We would like to resume communications with this customer and if it's something that they want done at some point in the future we will accomodate

We have agreed to refund this customer for the amount specified and will do so in the next 10-business days

That is correct We said we would take care of it this week so the check has been mailed today

After researching our customer base we have not been able to locate a customer with the last name of *** If we could get the proper last name of this complaint and research it then we would be glad to handle it from there

This job was completed on April 30th and the roof no longer has a leak

the 3 day rescission period.  Therefore under the laws as they pertain to the MHIC were not followed.  We have never received a signed cancellation notice even til this day.  We are a legitimate and honest company with thousands of satisfied customers and are willing to refund this deposit.  However we are not liable to submit this refund under MHIC law,
