We went with this company over others due to price Bad mistake They promised several things they did not deliver on The man that sold the contract to us said he would be there with the crew that put up the roof He never returned to our house A large group of non english speaking people came to the house, non of which were in uniform, not even t shirts that stated the business name They left roofing nails ALL over the yard (I expect a few...two years later my toddlers are still bringing me the nails that my husband and I have failed to find.) We were told, and priced for, our gutter being fixed, not all of them, but one They did nothing to the gutter and expected us to pay for it, saying they would be out later to fix it When they did not show up to fix the gutter they started demanding payment for the job they did do, our roof We had already given them the insurance check, but did not pay our out of pocket portion due to the incomplete jobThey got very irrate, calling all of the time demanding payment Then we got a lawyer This changed their tune, slightly They then sent someone over to "fix" the gutter by putting a screw through the existing gutter to hold it in place and telling us the job was done They then told us we had to sign the certificate of completion, which stated we were satisfied with the job We never signed this After our lawyer explained the process and money we would have to spend in the litigation of the situation we eventually ended up paying the rest of the money just to get them out of our hair NOW, two years later we have a leak in our roof, which is coming into our living roomSo much for the lifetime warranty on their work because these guys are out of business I can't imagine why with such wonderful business practices
