I DID GO TO THIS LADY,S HOME AND SHE DID HAVE A BAD UNIT SO THE WARRANTY COMPANY WAS TO REPLACE ITi WAS AS SHE SAID VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED TO HER WHAT WOULD TAKE PLACE THAT WE WOULD CALL HER WHEN WE HAD THE UNIT AT OUR SHOP AND MAKE A APPOINTMENT TO INSTALL , WHICH I DID WE SET A
APPOINTMENT AND WAS THERE THE SAME DAY TO PUT THE AC IN., NO PROBLEMTHIS LADY WAS AWARE THAT WHEN WE WHERE DONE SHE WOULD OWE FOR THE WORK SHE AGREED TO PAY FORSO.....WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE THE THE GUY HAD NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE AND I WAS ASK TO CALL TO GET THE PAYMENTWHEN I CALL BACK THE LADY SAID SHE WAS NOT GOING TO PAY ....SO YES THIS MADE ME VERY UPSET SHE WAS NOT GOING TO PAY AS I WORK HARD AND LONG HOURS FOR MY MONEY .......BUT SHE DID NOT SAY I CALLED BACK A SHORT TIME LATER AND APOLOGIZED TO HER THOUGH I WAS OUT THE MONEY SHE OWED ME....I THEN WAS ASK TO CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY AND SHE WOULD PAY ME SO I DID AND SHE STILL CAME UP WITH ALL EXCUSES AND STILL DID NOT PAY.....THIS LADY HAD NO INTENTIONS OF PAYING THIS MONEY........AND NOW SHE IS SAYING BAD THINGS ABOUT THE GUYS THAT PUT THE UNIT IN AND THAT IS UNCALLED FOR AS THE GUYS THAT WORK FOR ME ARE VERY GOOD GUYS AND DO GREAT WORK........THEY WERE POLITE AND NICE AND DID A GREAT JOB AND THEY ALWAYS DO...........BUT THIS IS JUST SOMETHING ELSE FOR THIS LADY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT........I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE THAT WILL NOT PAY WHAT THEY OWE BECAUSE THE MONEY TAKES FOOD OUT OF MY MOUTH AND THE GUYS I WORK .....AND I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN THAT......WE DO THOUSANDS OF CALLS AND YES WE HAVE HAD SOME COMPLAINS BUT YOU CAN'T PLEASE ALL PEOPLE AND NOT THE PEOPLE WHO WANT SOMETHING FOR NOTHING..........I AM SORRY THIS LADY FEELS THIS WAY AND SHE CAN KEEP THE MONEY SHE OWES ME.........OH.....AND WE ALSO REPAIRED HER THERMOSTAT.........GUESS THAT WAS FOR FREE TOO........OH WELL

The majority of the comments made by Mechanical & More are simply untrueI was never informed by anyone with the organization that any part of the claim was denied by the warranty companyI made several attempts to reach out to M&M that Friday to request my parts backOnce, I finally reached the office manager I explained I had another A/C company coming that Saturday to complete the job He stated he would notify K*** and call me backWhen he called back is when he stated that he didn’t know why I wanted them back because they were torn to piecesThis did upset me, but I never made either of the remarks that they are claimingI told the office manager I would be contacting our local news station to notify other homeowners to beware of the company and expressed my disbelief of the parts being tornHowever, instead of calling the news station I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comThe damage done by Mechanical & More was also greater than I was originally quotedThe new A/C technician came out the next day, Saturday, and discovered they had taken more than just the blow motor and cageThey had removed all the inside parts of the unit, including the brackets, leaving me only with the frameAttached is a picture and statement from the repairmanAfter learning this I called the warranty company who reached out to K***K*** first told them his truck was in the shop and he would return the parts the coming MondayWhen they pressed him for a timeframe on Monday he then stated he wouldn’t be returning the parts, because I filed a Revdex.com complaintI never requested free service from anyoneMechanical & More was paid a $service fee on their first visitThe warranty company purchased a new blow motor, which is in their possession, for $I paid the new A/C company $I can provide copies of the cashed checks verifying thisSince, M&M took all the parts I had to purchase a new unit, which increased my costMechanical & More took my parts without my permission and hasn’t provided an explanation for doing soThey then refused to return them and continue to claim additional damage.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The $charge was in order to fix the A/C unit, which this company did not do This is not a matter of getting money back for self gain It is a matter of trying to ensure a company doesn't get paid for services not rendered When the new company came out to fix the unit, the replacement part and labor were both complete in two days(No, they didn't replace the compressor.) I intend fully to give the retrieved $to the company that actually deserves it

we went to this home for CHW warranty and the blower motor was bad, however the motor was not taken out at the time because the warranty company does not approve the replacement % of the time. So we call it in and they approved the motor and we got the motor and went back to pull old
one out and install new oneat that time when the motor was pulled we found that the cause of the motor burning up was the fan on the motor had came apart and that was the cause so we told the lady that we would have to call it in to get autho to buy the fanwhen we did this the warranty company denied the claim for the fan the lady was called and told this and at that time she started to curse the office manager out and told him we tore up her unitshe was very ugly and using foul language to the office managershe said you don't fwith me I will get you.We told the lady we could get her a fan but she would not have that she wanted it for free, and that was not going to happenI am sorry the warranty company did not cover her parts but we did nothing to her unit to make it not run as it was not running when we got there.....Due to the hostile way she threatened my people we were not going backalso when she call it was on Friday at pm and said you better get back here now in one hourthat was a threat she said if we were not there in one hour she would get us.It is so bad when people act this way and bad when a warranty company acts this way......we would have done all we could to get her air if she had not did all the cursing and threating to the office helppeople think they can just demand it and it happen......if she had said fix my air we would have had to get a fan for the blower motor.....People need to try a little kindness that works great......sorry she was denied by the warranty companyAlso I have pics of the fan blades as well

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HEARD FROM THIS LADY SCENES WE INSTALL THE UNIT .....TO ADDRESS THIS IS AS FOLLOWS THE WARRANTY COMPANY ONLY SEND OUT HALF THE UNIT AND WHEN WE WENT TO INSTALL WE HAD TO HAVE A NEW COIL OF WHICH I TOLD THE WARRANTY COMPANY WHEN IT WAS ORDERED BUT THEY DID NOT SEND . SO...

WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE INSTALL ....WHEN THE PARTS CAME IN  WE WENT OUT TO INSTALL.......AS FOR THE 300.00 SHE KNEW SHE OWED THE MONEY AND SHE WAS LEFT WITH A RECEIPT  AS FOR ANY PAPER WORK ....IF SHE HAD CALL ME SHE COULD HAVE GOT MORE PAPER WORK ......AND THE PAPER WORK WAS LEFT WITH THE UNIT..........BUT I WOULD BE HAPPY TO GIVE HER MORE PAPER WORK .....AND I DON'T WHAT SHE THINKS AS FOR RIP OFF SHE PAID 300.00 .....SHE OWED 300.00

To Whom it may concern,I will tell you the true facts to this complaint as follows.We are contractors for [redacted] and we did receive a work order for [redacted].  My dispatch lady called her the same day the work order came in. there was no answer so she left a message. A couple...

of hours later [redacted] called back and she wanted service the same day for her water heater. We at Mechanical and More were booked that day we were installing HVAC units since we do plumbing and HVAC.  I told her that and she got a little upset but she said she would call [redacted] to see if they could service her sooner. I Specifically told her to call me back to see if [redacted] was sending someone else out. Also to she was very demanding that we come that day. I told her I would put her on the schedule the next day for a morning appt. but miss [redacted] never called back. So then then next day when no one came because she didn't let me know anything. I ALSO GAVE HER THE NUMBER TO THE MANAGER OF MECHANICAL AND MORE. He talks to her in an respectful way not cursing at her or raising his voice. She said  that he was yelling and screaming at her and also cussed her out. This is not true. miss [redacted] got mad when we couldn't service her that very day. the world does not revolve around one person we were not gonna drop a customer that had been waiting for air for 3 weeks to run to her aid.  WE ARE VERY SORRY SHE COULD NOT ACCEPT THE APPT. THAT WE OFFERED HER.  SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO THE MANAGER AND CURSED AT HIM. Thank You[redacted]

THAT IS NOT THE WAY THE WARRANTY COMPANY WORKS AND YOU DID NOT PAY THE COMPANY THAT CAME OUT BECAUSE THAT IS THE WAY THE CONTRACT IS WITH THEM . YOU ARE NOT OUT OF 65.00 AND THE AC IS FIX AND THAT IS THE WAY IT IS . CHECK THE CONTRACT YOU HAVE WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY. AND I AM SO GLAD YOU GOT THAT FIX.......

In regards to this lady's water closet. We did go out and work on the water closet and it was working fine when we left. But they did call back later  and say it was running and I told them we would be back that day ....AND WE DID GO BACK TO FIND NO ONE HOME AT THE END OF THE DAY........and we...

left a card on the door and I never heard from them again. As for the 60.00 that is want she owed for her copay and we always are to collect and she was aware of this......Sorry she had a problem but we did go back as I said and no one was home that very day. No one ever call after that  Also this lady if she got the warranty company to send  someone to come out she did not have to pay the 60.00 again because that is how a warranty company works .......it cost her nothing so she is no out of anything the 60.00 is paid one time ....so she lost nothing and was not taken advantages off.

Well ....let me say we work for warranty company .......First let me say just because a warranty company tells someone we will be coming out that in NO WAY means that they have contacted us to come out at that time...THEY HAVE TO SEND US A EMAIL WITH A WORK ORDER TO DO THE WORK  . I know people...

who have been told that and we did not get a work order from the warranty company for weeks later and all a long the customer thinks the company has been notified and they HAVE NOT ...and WE WILL NOT DO ANY WORK OR SET APPOINTMENT until we have a work order.......So we did go at one time and look at the unit and  IT DOES NOT TAKE LONG TO KNOW THAT A COMPRESSOR IS NEEDED.....so we call the warranty company tell them and WAIT ON PARTS. and as for the phone calls I do not know about that, but as stated ......WE WILL NOT SET A APPOINTMENT UNTIL WE HAVE THE PARTS IN HAND....SOMETIMES WE ARE TOLD THE PARTS ARE IN AND THEY ARE NOT.  ....WE WENT TO GET THIS PART AND THE SUPPLIER DID NOT HAVE IT NOR DID THEY HAVE THE ORDER FOR IT.......SORRY THIS MAN DIDN'T GET IT FIX SOONER ......AS FOR THE 65.00 THAT IS A SERVICE CALL FEE AND THEY HAVE TO PAY A ONE TIME FEE SO.....WHEN THE OTHER COMPANY CAME OUT THEY DID NOT HAVE TO PAY IT AGAIN SO THEY ARE NO OUT ANY MONEY ....JUST DID NOT GET THE SERVICE CALL FOR FREE........ALSO JUST SO YOU WILL KNOW THE WARRANTY COMPANY WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THERE EMAIL SERVICE SO WE DID NO GET THE EMAILS FOR THEM AND THEY WERE MADE AWARE OF THIS  AND HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THESE....... THE MORE PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO BE CONTACTED FOR A WORK ORDER THE LONGER IT TAKES

We told this customer that we would call him when his air handler came in. It has not come in yet. We talked to him on the phone and told the customer this. He has called everyday since to find out about his air handler. We at Mechanical and More assured him we would let him know when it came in....

When it comes in he will be notified and an appointment will be made to install it. Thank you Mechanical and More LLC.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  At this point I feel that there is no good resolution to this problem.  I requested an invoice numerous times showing what work was done that I was to pay for but, I still have not received it.  In his response he states that I don't need to pay the bill because he claims that I am the type of person that wanted something for nothing.   I too have mouths to feed and am not willing to pay $250.00 for nothing.
