I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI want to thank the Revdex.com for the help solving this matter I also want to say that Mrs [redacted] is NOT telling you the truth.As in my previous email her husband, [redacted] did NOT pick up ANY trash by the curb for weeks in a row in Jan I calledand talked to [redacted] and asked her why they were not picking up the trash and she told me John, who drives the truck,knows no one is at the home so he does NOT pick up trash at unoccupied homes She KNEW there was trash by the curband she was very nice explaining why it hadn't been picked up but said she would make sure it was picked up the nextpick up date that week and it was I do NOT know why [redacted] and [redacted] are not telling the truth about this I am NOTbeing picky or unreasonable I KNOW what happened and what [redacted] told me on the phone when I called in Jan For a company to be called honest trash they are NOT being honest in what happened I kept notes on my calls and what wassaid [redacted] told me she was going through a divorce and started crying on the phone I am sorry she is going througha rough time I tried to be sympathetic to her situation and understanding I tried to give her time to do what was rightand refund money my mom paid for the company services when I cancelled at the end of Feband early March I had tocall twice since no one returned my call in Feb when I left a message and my number I did not want any money returnedfor the trash not being picked up for weeks in Janor for any days I did not put any trash out in Feb Sorry to repeat myselfbut this does make me mad how she is not telling the truth but I am glad this is over and I can finish up with mom's estateand other issues.Thank you again!!

I have to disagree with Mr ***s decision to keep the extra month First, if it will help Mrs *** know she did send the refund check to Allene'sdaughter and I had a right to the money, I will gladly send her a copy of Allene'swill showing I am her daughter and executor of her estate My mother, Allene hadalmost everything set up, her home and bank accts, so they all became mine whenshe died and I did not have to go to probate Mom had bank accts with a bankin Russells Point in both her name and mine I have kept one acctopen but I askedMrs*** to put the refund check into my name because the nearest bank the acctwas in was in Russells Point or Urbana and I did not want to drive that farto deposit any checks in moms name Since her death the bank has changed nameand there is now one in Huber Heights which is much closer to me I do understandher concern that I was not due the refund I had talked to her a few times on thephone before mom died when mom was confused about what day her trash was picked up.No where does Mrs *** mention that there were weeks in Jan that there eitherwas NO trash put out (Jan 9th) or there was trash by the curb and it was NOT pickedup Two of those times trash was by the curb but not picked up so the companydid NOT have any expenses or have to pay whomever they pay to take the trash sinceno trash was picked up On Jan9th there was no trash put by the curb so againthe company had no expenses to pay There were also a few times in Febthere wasNO trash put by the curb which again, gives honest trash no pick up so no addedexpenses I feel those or weeks when they either did NOT pick up the trash or therewas no trash put out makes up for the times there was "extra" trash by the curb.Again, the reason there was a lot more trash out around the end of Janwas becausetrash had NOT been picked up for weeks and when they did pick it up, there wasweeks worth by the curb That is NOT my fault The pick up had been paid forin advance but honest trash did NOT pick up it until I called and asked why it hadn't been picked up for weeks*** admitted to me it was not picked up because the driverknew no one was at the house and they won't pick up trash by the curb if no one isliving there I still feel they owe moms estate $since service was cancelled first of March I hadcalled end of Febto cancel but I had to leave a message and asked for someone tocall me but no one did I finally reached Mrs *** early March to cancel service

Mr. [redacted] said that he had picked up the trash that was out each time it was out. The last large amount that was set up is why he charged the extra. He is sticking to his side of this.As for myself Im done with this matter. I will send a check out of my own little pay check to stop this. I will not get upset over to people who think they are rights. I will not get in trouble over this matter and loose my job.[redacted]

I was told by Mr. [redacted] how much to charge. He told me to charge $60.00 for the amount of trash that had been set out. People always take advantage on what they set out. They do not stop and think what we have to pay on what they set out. After all he is the one who is driving the truck and sees...

what is being put out.Also I want to say I was wrong in sending out the check to Ann Smith. I don't know who she is, or if she is Mrs. [redacted]. Cause I was asked to make check out to Mrs. Smith. For what reason I even did it I don't know. I should have made it out to Mrs. [redacted]'s estate.Thank you.Also:  Mrs. [redacted] signed a copy of this. All of our customers do and they keep a copy. I may have to dig for it. I have it.
