To whom it may concern,Firstly I have never met, spoken to, or associated with this employee Kristi as she states I "signed" something in front of herSecondly I am unsure of why Honest Tom's is now responding to my complaint which was filed months ago and they chose not to respond or attempt to remedy this situationSocial media is a powerful tool used by consumers and businesses may not always agree with a customers commentsMy intent is not to extort or do anything malicious to this businessI gave my honest experience from my perspective at this business and nothing in my comments was dishonestI have never dealt with a situation like this with a business before and as a service member and government employee I take the accusation of extortion very seriously and hope this business would have proper evidence to back up such a claimMy statement to the Revdex.com was what I had experienced at Honest Tom's and there is nothing untruthful in that statementI am attaching two statements from professional mechanics and business owners one of which is the shop I took the truck to immediately after getting it back to have the proper service done which should have been done in the first place if they had not misdiagnosed my vehicleThese documents were also provided to *** whom concluded in an investigation that my claim was just and refunded my moneyBoth mechanics were provided a copy of the same invoice Honest Toms provided you and they wrote their honest professional opinions on the situationThank You*** ***

read this document and signed it in front of me, agreeing that it properly summarized events. The customer’s statements to the Revdex.com do not match what was signed by the customer. In addition the overtones of the comments made by the customer in the complaint to the Revdex.com are completely out of bounds.The customers actions align more with extortion by threatening to disparage my company if a refund is not given.His comments on social media back up that assertion. At this point no evidence has been given to me other than the statement. There is no evidence in hand that refutes what was stated on the repair order and agreed to by the customer. Based upon the above criteria, that written signed statements do not match the customer’s account to Revdex.com, that the content of the complaint is contentious and actionable, that the customer’s actions are more consistent with extortion and lack evidence of any wrong doing on our part, we ask that the Revdex.com dismiss the customer’s complaint as unfounded, harassing and potentially illegal.
