Mr [redacted] came to us because of the advertised lease special for a KIA Forte LX for $(attached) This vehicle at the MSRP of $18,did not have the backup camera option West Herr fulfilled its obligation to Mr [redacted] and delivered two KIA Forte LX vehicles at the advertised amount He was delivered what he leased and signed for, therefore no bait and switch Sincerely, Annette S [redacted] Executive Assistant West Herr Automotive Group

My Kia [redacted] died on August 28, I had it towed to the dealer on August 29, They just gave it back to me on Nov15, On NovThursday my car did not start right away in the evening, then when I was on my way home that night my car did not start I had to get a jump I took it to the dealer on the & pick it up on Monday the of Nov Lynn R [redacted] who I been dealing with told me that they let it sit for the whole weekend & it started right up Today 12-2-I was leaving my house at 6:45pm & the car would not start again I can't keep living like this, something is wrong with this car

I wish to commend  [redacted] at West Herr Subaru for her extreme professionalism as a sales consultant within your organizationIt was because of her I purchased a Subaru [redacted] She help me in everyway during the purchase of my new carShe is surely a credit to your Dealership

I was hoping to get your view on this matter Clear coat in my research is put on at the factory and this is just a scam by dealerships I don t wish to deal with the the dealership because I feel that they will not be honest I would like the truth about clear coat How could they apply this coatong overnight you wpuld think it would take a few days like a paint job And also to tell me I'd never have to wax the car

behaviour inappropriate and as an employer we do not want our employees

response to the comment from Ms. [redacted]-the product that she purchased is a
paint sealant and not a clear coat. I have attached the Simoniz brochure for
her convenience that will further explain the product benefits and warranty.
The Simoniz protection package is inclusive for the paint, carpet, fabric and
leather seats, floor mats and cargo area. I want to say further that I am very
sorry that she left our dealership without a clear understanding of the product
she purchased from us. We truly appreciate her business and again would ask for
the opportunity to meet with her and explain the benefits of the package that
she purchased and certainly would make a gesture on her behalf for her time to
meet with us.

My 2013 Kia [redacted] died on August 28, 2016. I had it towed to the dealer on August 29, 2016. They just gave it back to me on Nov. 15, 2016. On Nov. 17 Thursday my car did not start right away in the evening, then when I was on my way home that night my car did not start. I had to get a jump. I took it to the dealer on the 18 & pick it up on Monday the 21 of Nov. Lynn R[redacted] who I been dealing with told me that they let it sit for the whole weekend & it started right up. Today 12-2-2016 I was leaving my house at 6:45pm & the car would not start again. I can't keep living like this, something is wrong with this car.

I had [redacted] out to my home for a quote to redo ceilings in my kitchen, family room, living room, hallway, and bathroom around the beginning of February 2014. He was very knowledgeable and professional in the quoting process. We agreed on a price and he submitted current supporting documentation about insurance and bonding information before starting the effort. We agreed upon a time to start which was a Thursday morning. He arrived on time and worked that day, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before finally pulling out. Seven straight days and the job was done. This was impressive.

The work performed was installing new half inch drywall over an existing ceiling that was cracked and/or cracking. This obviously involved a lot of handwork which caused a lot of dust. The finished ceilings were prepped and finish painted and I was very happy with the results. I was also impressed that he saved all the existing wallpaper that was hung in the kitchen and bathroom. I initially thought I would have to replace all of it.

Most of the existing cabinets, flooring, and carpeting was protected from the dust and debris. Dust and paint has a way of getting anywhere. I would recommend additional protection of these surfaces in the future.

Overall I was very happy with working with [redacted] and the results and would recommend WallCrafters to anyone.

I am sorry for the troubles [redacted] is having with his vehicle. We feel that
damage of that nature would have been seen on or before the delivery of the vehicle.

While we cannot prove when the damage occurred ([redacted] contacted us approximately
72 hours after the delivery to notify us) we certainly will give him the benefit of the
doubt. With that said, In the spirit of customer satisfaction, [redacted] is dropping his
vehicle off on Monday, April 14 to have the bumper repaired at no charge.
