To Whom It May Concern, On August 31st, I received notice of a customer complaint regarding their reservation at our facility in early August The guest has been fully refunded as of today's date for their reservation and subsequent charges and we did waive our cancellation policy fee While this was an unfortunate situation, the Honey Bear Staff wants to encourage future campers to take extra time in selecting their sites to ensure issues like this do not arise Our reservation website does clearly state the size of the lots in question prior to booking in order to help you in site selection In this particular case, their ft RV was not suitable for the site they had reserved which was listed online as X With busy weekend traffic, reservations are highly recommended as we are often completely booked with no additional sites open for guest to move to If you are interested in booking a reservation here with us, and have any questions or concerns regarding site selection, please call our office as we are very familiar with our sites and are happy to help in order to ensure you have a great stay with us here at HBC! Review: Campsites were to small to fit camper and one vehicle as advertised. We also attempted to connect to the campgrounds cable television connection. After working it for 30 mins it was found that the cable had been disconnected for 4 months (received information from office). This was advertised as an aminitie on both the website and the brochure that was given to us at check in. Called the front office and we were placed on hold for 20 mins when a extremely rude owner answered the phone and said no type of refund would be given. We were on the campsite for roughly 5 hours when this phone call was made.Desired Settlement: All we request is a refund of the stay. We are more than happy to forfit the monies we pairs for the Dinner that we were provided on Saturday night.
