Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Our bees were ordered in February after we learned that the other place we were going to get the bees from did not have enough available for us The frame nuc that we had issues with were sitting out on the lawn in the sun for who knows how long before we picked them up in a corregated plastic box They are the ones who told us that they would hold a frame nuc for us so that we didn't have to make an extra drive after we were there to pick up the frame to pick up the other one the following week Both nucs were cared for the EXACT same way when they were in our care - it was only before we picked them up that they were cared for differently - the frame was in the shade in the back of a vehicle that just arrived there when we did and the frame was sitting out in the sun along with 10-other nucs We have since talked to other experienced bee keepers about this issue and they said that the bees were dead before we picked them up - they told us that there is no way that it was something we did in the minutes from when we picked them up from when we were going to put them into the hive boxwhen the other one is perfectly fine They told us that they suffered from heat exhaustion when they were sitting in the sun in a plastic box The other bee keepers that we have talked to regarding this have numerous years of experience and some of which have also worked at a commercial bee farm.I am still looking to receive a refund for this matter.Kevin [redacted] Regards, Kevin [redacted]
