I purchased a 5-tier urban adjustable shelving unit.
The package was missing 2 leveler feet.

What are the rubber washers for? There is no mention of them or sketch of them in the assembly instructions.

The shelf support clip locks do not close together completely when off of the pole. The whole clip locks do not come together when on the pole.

I need two more leveler feet, instructions on how to use the rubber washers, and are the clip locks the right size for this shelving unit?
