I was at honey dews on XX-XX-XX and got a bagel with bacon egg and cheese and a medium coffee with 1 cream and 3 Splenda. My coffee wasn't made correctly but I just let it go and eating the sandwich and there was a dark slightly curled hair in my sandwich it was so disgusting and overall a bad experience. I've called over 10 times to the store and a manager called me back once and that was it and called from an unknown number and didn't even leave a number to call back just said they would try again and they never have and I've called and left a message with whoever answers the phone and still nothing.Product_Or_Service: Sandwich and coffeeAccount_Number: 25sXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXDesired SettlementI'd like my order refunded $5.06Business Response Dear [redacted],I would like to thank you for telling me about the problem. I did call and leave a message and I'm sorry that I forgot to leave a number, I did call two more times but did not leave a message, and my employees did not make me aware of your phone calls, and I have corrected this problem. I have not been in the store due to a family emergency and then becoming ill for almost two weeks, but this is no excuse for the delayed response. I would like to offer you a $20.00 gift card and also your refund of $5.06. This has never happened at my store and I am truly sorry for such a bad experience. Please let me know if you would like to come pick your gift card and refund at the store or if you like me to mail it to you.
