***, please confirm your receipt of this emailPer your request below is a copy of the email from [redacted] purchased for fours hours of handyman work from Honey Do Home Improvements LLCI want to be perfectly clear about something with this purchaseThat is, a portion of the work as requested to Fred was to install coach lights on the outside of our home including a post light, including my work request as part of this to make sure that the electric eye worked with the new post light during and as part of it’s installationHe said that he would do so, and pulled it out of the post itself and played with it connecting and disconnecting different wiring and it has not worked correctly since that timeI saw him do this with my own eyesEven after he tried to tell me that it was defective and to just buy a replacement electric eye kit (which I did and the two different new ones that I purchased never worked) it has never worked the sameIt’s pretty easy to conclude and obvious that there was something that Fred did when he installed the post light that he changed something with the electrical piece of this as it relates to the electric eye kit to have it never work the sameI ask the Revdex.com to put themselves in my shoes as a homeowner as any reasonable person(as have some of my acquaintances that I told about this) would agree with meI’m confident that the Revdex.com would also agree with me that I am justified in stating that the work was not completed in full Please feel free to call me with any other questions or for additional informationAs an important and relevant side note [redacted] has received some other complaints regarding Honey Do Home Improvements LLC and their disatisfaction with their workI would encourage you to read these reviews which helps to prove and validate my caseThanks***

I received a letter today concerning a complaint from a [redacted] [redacted] requested me to change exterior lights interior lights along with fixing an issue with his master bathroom toiletMr [redacted] purchased this deal from [redacted] ***After completion of the work Mr [redacted] reviewed everything that was doneInitially he stated that the inside switches have been reversed by me, however after recalling I had no access to the inside of the house due to him only unlocking the door by me calling his phone for access he quickly stated there was no faultNext he addressed the pole light in front of the house, the light cut on and off by means of an electric eye witch I did not touch nor replaceThe part that was replaced was the light fixture that sits atop the poleI advised Mr [redacted] that the electric eye controls the light and if the light was going on and off sporadically it was due to thatThe light works perfectly fineAfter which about a week later he called me and said that it's still not working correctly so as a courtesy I return to his home and doublecheck the work that I completed only to find that the light was still working properly and the electric I which I did not install is not functioning correctlyI did advise him to purchase a new one which he attempted to install it was unsuccessful stating that it did not work at al At this point he called my phone numerous times on the July holiday it when I responded July at AM I advised him I was not in the office for the holidays but I'll be more than happy to come out July but since this is not something that I worked on or replaced it would not be covered under the warranty of installed itemsAt this time Mr [redacted] proceeded to call my phone in a harassing manner using profanity and abusive speech even going as far as threatening meAt no time would that be acceptable or becoming of anyone attempting to do business with someone elseAt this time I would not be able to give him a refund because the work was completed as requested, his conduct was simply unacceptable and this deal was not purchased through me Mr [redacted] did not pay me at all nor did I receive the $that he's requesting a refundEmails and voice mails have been saved and documented that show the abuse and harassment and are available upon requestI ask that this not be apart of my account due to the complaint that is filed is for work I did not do, also it seems there is an undertone of personal agendas and this is a misuse of the Revdex.comThank you
