Review: On April 16, 2015, [redacted], owner and CEO of the company, gave me a quote and a Work Order signed by myself and him to replace approximately 40 feet of facia board on the lower level of my house. He quoted me a price of $300 which included the cost of the material and the labor to do the work. I gave Mr. J[redacted] a check for $150 to purchase the material. Mr. J[redacted] promised to call me that evening to schedule the work the following week. Mr. [redacted] did not call me that evening nor the following two days. I have made numerous calls to Mr. J[redacted] and sent an email from his website asking him to call me back. To date, he has not returned my calls. The material that Mr. J[redacted] purchased from the $150 that I gave him is not appropriate to do the job. In the voicemails that I have left Mr. J[redacted], I advised him of this issue as well. He also represented that he was fully licensed and [redacted]ed.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. J[redacted] to refund the $150 that was used for the purchase of the material (two 20 foot 2X9 Douglas Fir boards, one 8 foot 1X6 shiplap and one 1X7 shiplap boards) and remove from my property.
