My first order with Photo Barn went well, except for one ornament which had both sides of the picture cut off When I contacted them, they were very willing to help me with a replacement order My replacement order was submitted on November 14th As of today, December 8th, the status still shows as pending I have been emailing (with promises to get a response within two business days) and calling (all representatives are busy, leave a message and we will call you right back), with no response I just received an email that they expect to have the ordered received the 1st of November shipped out by the middle of next week and that they will not charge for shipping! At this rate, the ornament will not arrive by Christmas This was a gift which I needed for a holiday party on December 9th, now what do I do?

Since there are all negative reviews on here, I wanted to give this company a positive reviewA coworker told me about Photobarn and it looked amazing when I checked out their websiteBut of course, I like to look at reviews prior to making a purchase and I was led to this Revdex.com pageI decided I wasn't going to try them out because the reviews didn't look goodBut my coworker received her order and it was beautifulSo despite the reviews, I took a chance on themI ordered 8x10s on Wednesday evening, the night before ThanksgivingI received them today, only days laterI expected it to take a while to get them, but it was way fasterAnd they are perfect! I am so excited to give these as Christmas giftsI know my family will adore themI almost want to keep them for myself! Thank you Photobarn for such a perfect gift, with fast shipping, amazing discounts, and a priceless high quality product! Don't judge a company solely by a few people who had mistakes in theirs, this is a company that is worth me taking a risk on and should be praised for what they produce!

My experience with photobarn was horrible! I ordered ornaments on November 10th with a guarantee that I would have them by ChristmasI tried to contract them a few times as Christmas was getting closer, with only an automated response that they would be over night and would be in on timeI did finally get the Facebook monitor to respond after I posted a negative comment in their page (which was deleted!) That my order must have been misplaced! This was the night before Christmas eve! I have an infant, so going last minute shopping wasn't an optionThey did refund my money (which was nice) and said they would be shipped by Jan9thNow, I'm being told it will be another 4-weeks before my order is shipped!!! So, it will be March before my family gets their Christmas presentsI think I got pushed to the end of the line because my money was refunded, so I offered to pay if my order would be in sooner, with no responseNow they are guaranteeing Valentine hearts will be in before Valentine's day if ordered soon....and I still haven't received my Christmas order!!! I'm so upset! I've never done a Revdex.com complaint, but I figured people needed to know what they were getting into and they erase negative Facebook comments, so here is the truth!

I received a photo block as a gift from a dear friend last year I loved it! I decided that I would purchase ornaments for my friends and family this year because it is a great memory and the photo block I received was really pretty - something I will have for years to come I was a bit hesitant after reading all of the bad reviews, but took a chance, knowing how much the gift I received meant to meI placed my first order for ornamentsThey arrived within a week and were beautiful! I decided to place another order for ornaments on the last day to order for Christmas delivery I have to admit that I was extremely nervous because review after review stated that the orders were not arriving in time...I just received my order and it is December 21st! The ornaments are beautiful! Thank you PhotoBarn for providing such a neat way to give a photo ornament!

I was really looking forward to receiving some of the various wedding pictures I had printed through Photo Barn to give to people for Christmas presents. I ordered all of them the day after Thanksgiving. We got one shipment that had all but two of the pictures. The week of Christmas, I emailed customer service to find out where the two remaining pictures were, as I had wanted to give them as gifts. The customer service rep (Michelle), told me that the address had been incorrect (even though we received the first set of pictures no problem), and that it would be re-printed and re-sent immediately. She did not guarantee that they would arrive by Christmas day, but as soon as possible. As of this week (1/7/16), I have yet to receive the pictures. I had to send ANOTHER follow-up email asking where they were, and was told by another customer service rep (Jason) that because of a server error, my reprint request was deleted. When expressing how disappointed I was and asking for my money back, I received a curt response from Photo Barn stating that I would receive a refund, with no apology, expression of concern, or attempt to rectify the situation. Please be warned that customer satisfaction does not seem to be a concern for this company. They dropped the ball on several different occasions. Not only did they not offer to expedite my shipping the first time around, but also never followed up to ensure that I received the items. After placing quite a large order, I did not feel that I was a priority at all, or that they value their business/customers.

I was so excited to order product (s) from this company after seeing their ad on my Facebook feed. The product looks cool and unique and they have a beautiful website. I placed an order on January 1, 2015. The website indicated 2-3 weeks for order to be processed. The site also indicated that a shipping confirmation would be emailed once the order was processed. After three weeks passed not having heard anything I decided to call customer service. Much to my dismay you cannot get a live person on the phone. I was directed to send an email to [email protected] It took about a week to receive a reply from anyone. No apologies made just a quick note stating that my order was in process. Well after another week went by I finally received a shipping notification with a Fed-Ex tracking number. Still no product in hand. I tracked the package online and it showed that the package is still in Tennessee-1 week after the tracking number had been generated. Tennessee is where the company is headquartered. Not only is this poor business practice, but I am exceptionally disappointed that I will not have the gift to give to my Grandmother for her 93rd Birthday next week. Needless to say I will not be placing any future orders with this company nor will I recommend to any of my friends or colleagues.

I purchased 12 Photobarn ornaments earlier in December and paid over $30 for 2-day shipping. This was 8 days ago and still haven't heard back from my phone calls or emails as to 1) where my package is and 2) if I can be refunded for my shipping charges.

I will NEVER use Photobarn again.
