We responded to an ad in the local Orleans *** pre to ChristmasBelmonte Upholstery offering a 50% off and workmanship guaranteedIn hind sight, we should have been aware...all the signs were there, they were very late ,no phone call to let us know of the delay, one book to pick from for our fabric, when we called them, a very rude *** (as we found out later answered and was very abrupt and even resorted to cursing at usBut we did not heed our first impression and to save $50, we went ahead with the chair to be upholsteredit was promised that a fella that had 30ish years experience would be doing the chair and it would be back before Christmas
So we waited and called just pre to Christmas, we were given a time frame for deliveryWell, they were hours late with never a call to let us knowWe called back and again had to deal with *** and he told us that if we couldn't wait to leave a note on the door .Not sure how he thought the chair would be delivered if we weren't there
