[redacted] placed a internet order on our website on December 19, order [redacted] This order was printed on Monday, December 21, I noticed that she ordered item CJumbo Button Candy Can Ornaments Set, the picture that was listed with this item had rusty bells not buttons I contacted [redacted] to verify that she wanted the button candy canes not the rusty bells When she returned my call the next day I advised her that we did not have some of the fall items she had ordered in stock and would need to request them from our warehouse I advised her that with the holidays our warehouse was on a limited schedule so we would ship them out as soon as we had the items The additional items were picked up on the afternoon December and her order was packed and ready to ship January 4, The same day Ms [redacted] called to advised she no longer wanted the order, I advised her that I would request a refund from our accounting department After the second time Ms [redacted] called regarding her refund I advised her mid month that our accounting department was waiting on new checks to arrive and the accounting department returned to the office I would make sure her refund was put in the mail The person that handles the refunds in our accounting department traveled on a few different trips for the office in JanuaryI as the office manager did send an email but did not follow up regarding the refund until his return and the check was issued and mailed on February 11, Shannon at that time also emailed her a copy of the check and to advise she was placing it in the mail that afternoon Shannon did speak to Ms [redacted] a number of times and advised her that she would pass on the messageI also spoke to her and advised her on at least one occasion that I was the office manager and I was very sorry for the delayWe also talked about her being so close that she could take advantage of shopping our monthly events in our warehouse Her refund has been sent and she has been notified the day it was mailed I will be happy to call and speak with her regarding this I am truly sorry this was not resolved sooner for Ms [redacted] sake Sincerely, Tonya [redacted] Honey and Me, Inc office manager
