 I understand that this lady did not want to make me my hair piece but she told me she would send me back my hair and even made me send her a shipping label and she still has not send me my hair which is worth  thousands of dollars. she has stolen my property and not sent it back. this has nothing to do with being nice or not nice . this is not highschool. I want my property back.

On behalf of my company I want to say that I did not ask for this woman to send me her hair. She was very persistent about shipping me her hair. In my shop policies I state that I take no responsibility for loss or damages on anything shipped to my company on buyer/potential buyers...

behalf. Again, we have never worked together. She didn't pay me anything, I did not scam her into anything and yet she wants to accuse me of being a scammer? I have never had any complaints, and I have wonderful clients who continuously come back. I know what it's like to be an online shopper and I know it's stressful which is why I do my absolute best to assist anyone.I did not ask her to ship me anything of hers. She willingly asked and I told her that if she wanted to she could. I also wrote her that I am not liable for anything she sends me, and reminded her of store policies. I have records of this woman (potential buyer) asking to ship her own goods to me. All of our business talk was in writing (and now you see why I like to keep it in writing). I also have records of this woman stating what she shipped me cost $5k, which now in her complaint she says is worth $1k. I would like to make it clear that when this woman approached me, she stated that she did not purchase this hair and that it was donated to her. Again, I have all of this in writing where she makes up stories to fit her needs. I also know that what she sent me was not much and was not worth anything near the amount of money she claims. I have shipped her hair back to her and this woman is still threatening me, trying to extort me for money. This woman is not a client of mine, she never paid me to work on anything. I want to make that clear. My business hours are stated in my site, and this woman would continue to try to contact me on off hours and during weekend. She admitted she suffers from anxiety and therefore she can over exaggerate and feel stressed. I did my best to talk about what she wanted to have made, and work out a nice plan. However on weekends this woman would continue to message me and then say rude things because I didn't respond during the weekends/off business hours. I would reply right away when I was back in office and answered all of her questions. But the last time we spoke she was very nasty toward me when I tried to help solve her problem she was dealing with. I wanted to try to help save her money if she were to buy from me, so I offered her a great opportunity on an item that was partially made and could be finished in time for holidays. She quickly responded saying it wasn't what she wanted, even though in her previous m essages she said she was interested in placing several orders, one of which included this particular item. I politely reminded her of her previous message, and all she could do was write mean things to me when I thought I was being helpful. She didn't even say "thank you" for the thought, she just said everything was wrong. She was very snappy and this turned me off. She wrote me many times, and one minute she'd be pleasant and then the next she'd say something rude. I responded politely and calmly to every message. I apologized for not being able to work with her, but I explained how her personality and behavior toward me was stressful and wouldn't make for a good work relationship and I told her I'd send her hair back as soon as possible. She replied to this message accusing me of stealing her hair even though I told her I was shipping it back in my message before her reply. She never paid me anything, no sale was made, therefore I had no obligation to continue speaking with her when she would call me names, including "Grinch" which I have record of. I have done nothing to her and have said nothing wrong or rude to deserve such harsh and mean messages. From business and client perspective, she is very unprofessional and ill natured. No money in the world would make me want to work for someone who is disrespectful like this.I messaged her after her last insult she wrote to me, that I would no longer reply to her messages because they were verbally abusive and uncalled for. I told her not to contact me again. She continued to write me and now is upset that I don't reply to her messages when I told her the reason I would not speak with her.
