Yes we did move the neighbor across the street Ferguson Truck was on the street and when cars went around they got into his yard [redacted] told him we would come out to fix the even though Ferguson truck did not do it he wanted Ferguson to put in clay and top soil and sod it look like...

other spots was done but [redacted] told him we would come out and put top soil down and but grass seed and straw he didn't want that, then he called [redacted] they called and [redacted] explain to them and they said that was a right of way and ask would we do what we said at first [redacted] agreed and said we could do it on Thursday or Friday to let it dry first.
