I ordered a customizable heart locket for my fiance with our picture in it for Valentine's day on February 6th. On the locket itself there's a custom engraving. I chose to write God on it in Arabic. Whether it's Christians, Muslims, or Jewish Arabs the word God is the same word written in Arabic, but I'm certain there is some sort of prejudice because they are just superficially seeing the Arabic language on the locket.

They emailed immediately after placing my order saying the locket was shipped and they gave me USPS info to track. I'm guessing they do this standard with all their orders. However, I noticed from the tracking that after 4 days the post office still hadn't received any package.

I emailed them to see what's the issue and they said they never received my customization info; however, you can't actually even submit an order on their website if you have those missing fields, which makes no sense and so they're blaming it on a glitch.

It's clear from the numerous back and forth emails they're trying to intentionally give me a difficult time, give baseless excuses for why they can't process my order, and ultimately give the most lowest standard of customer service for a superficial reason that can be anyone's guess but very obvious.

Of course, I don't care for them to apologize for how long it's taking but even as a courtesy they haven't decided to be sincere or nice with me, while I've been nothing but patient and nice to them (also evident from the emails).

This spanned over weeks until now finally they are saying that they cannot type arabic letters after weeks of emailing. I told them they can simply engrave the exact translation in English which is, "God". Now they confirmed they will send my fiance's locket; however, it is again well past their shipping times as advertized for this new confirmation and still there is no progress in the USPS tracking. Is this a scam, fraud, discrimination, or very poor customer service? I have no idea of knowing with this communication.
