My A/C unit went out of course on one of the hottest weekends, I arrive late Friday night from work to a very hot home. I tried to fix the problem by checking the normal fixes and started to get worried that I would be in trouble for the whole weekend. I called Honey's on Saturday morning just hoping to leave a message, not only did I get a real voice( I wish that I could remember the persons name), but I got a unexpected phone call at 10 pm stating that someone would be out for a service call on a Sunday, what a relief and a huge surprise.

I received a call on Sunday from the service men letting me know that they would arrive shortly. I was greeted by Antony and Darrell, they did their checks and found the problem within a few minutes. They were both very professional and courteous. also very well versed in their craft, I had a cool breeze running through my ducts in no time.

Thank you very much Honey's, once again I'm very happy that I bought my unit from you. My true hero was the person who handled my service call and was able to get me taken care of. Thank you!

I was and am very happy with Honeys Air and Jose Torres! Jose was very courteous and friendly! He explained everything that he was going to do. He let me know that I was receiving an upgrade on the heater and it wasn't going to cost me anything extra. The dimensions were not correct for the heater and the air purifier so, we were given the upgrade with no cost to us. We were very happy with everyone with Honeys Air. They were all very friendly! I felt like they were a family and we were part of it! Thank you Honeys Air for a job well done!!

Received annual A/C maintenance service. Wouldn't typically take the time to write a review, but am compelled to do so by the outstanding service performed by Gary.

He ran about an hour ahead of schedule and called for permission to come early-Excellent!

Upon greeting him at the door-holding Dog on Leash-he knelt down to acknowledge an anxious pet, putting her at ease with him-Excellent!

Performed service explaining different functions as he moved along. Mentioned a concern I had with start-up of unit so he checked a 'Run Capacitor' and found it defective. He was instantly able to review service records and warranties to determine that the Labor/Replacement was covered. Even if that part weren't covered (Thankfully, it was!), I appreciate his ability to rectify the problem immediately-Excellent!

The staff was courteous, professional and did an outstanding job.

Out install technician team of 3, Josh P, George L and Felipe showed up to our place on time and after introducing themselves each quickly went to their designated tasks of removing our old heating and air conditioning systems and installing new systems. They were efficient and highly professional. They completely cleaned up after themselves throughout the day and besides the obvious new units they installed they left no sign that they were here working. This team will definitely be receiving a 10 from us. Thank you Honeys Air for making this purchase and install so easy.

Three years ago I had my central air and heating replaced by Honey's Air. The team which installed the system worked very hard, cleaned their working area when completed and left me as a very satisfied customer. I elected to keep an annual service contract on this system and am very happy with the semi-annual service which is provided each year.

My most recent service was with technician Abe Braham who was outstanding. He inspected the units (inside and outside), took pressure readings, temperature readings, current draw, and cleaned the outside unit while sharing information about each of the activities he was performing. I had asked to look over his shoulder since I was curious and he encouraged me to ask question. He was very professional and knowledgeable about this unit along with helping me setup my wireless controls via my iPhone.

Since I have the maintenance contract with Honey's Air, I have at least two visits each year and have had positive experiences on every occasion. I especially want to recognize Abe for his expertise, knowledge, and great customer service/friendship.

I had a new AC unit installed on my house this week . Honey 's Air installation crew Danny, Josh *, and Alvaro were outstanding , very professional . They explained every step of the installation from removal of old ducts to placement of new ones and the reason for their placement . When they were done clean up was terrific .
My house is an older one built in mid 1950 with a lot of quirks. This team was amazing . I highly recommend this company and these men.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing a new Lennox heat & air system from Honeys Air. I have used them before and continue to be pleased with the great customer service they provide, including everyone in the office.

Felipe spent a good amount of time helping me to decide on a new unit and how we would configure it in my new "old" home. Dave came out to meet with my contractor to make sure all would fit. He's the pro that everyone wants an opinion from.

Rudy and Jose T installed the unit today. They were respectful of me and my home, explaining everything throughout the day, and so upbeat even though it was the hottest day so far this year!

They cleaned up everything, showed me how everything operated and what to do if there were a problem. It is obvious the employees are happy with this company, Jose T. installed a new unit in my other home back in 2010....still there and still a happy guy! Thanks, I would recommend you and your employees over and over again.

We recently had a new AC and Heater installed with Honey's Air and they did a fabulous job. Everyone we worked with in this company was completely professional. They were hard working, on-time, left no mess after each day of work, and were considerate of the fact that I had and toddler and infant in the house. Their workmanship is quality and top of the line, but they are affordable. I HIGHLY recommend and commend Honey's Air.

All of the people we worked with from Honey's were very professional, knowledgable, and honest. We probably could have found a cheaper company, but wanted to work with a trusted, reputable company, even if it cost a little more. We would recommend them to anyone. Having Jose and his crew over was absolutely delightful. Not only were they knowledgeable, they were kind and professional too. 10/10, would recommend to anyone who needs HVAC work done.
