Honeysuckle Pictures

Review: Honeysuckle Pictures was hired to photograph our wedding on 09/22/2012 and then produce an online photo album as well as prints and physical photo albums. The on line album was completed and available for a short time, however we have never received our photos or albums and the online album is no longer available. We were unable to contact Honeysuckle Pictures until June 2014, at that time, Honeysuckle Pictures promised to mail us a flash drive containing all our photos as well as the rights to our photos, with in two weeks. As of May 21, 2015 we still have not received the photos and have had no correspondence with the owner of Honeysuckle Pictures. The owner does not answer the phone, return calls or respond to e-mails.Desired Settlement: We would like our wedding photos delivered to us immediately, as previously agreed upon. A CD or flash drive containing all edited photographs of our September 22, 2012 wedding and the rights to said photos.

Review: I hired [redacted] of honeysuckle pictures to photograph my engagement and wedding. I signed a contract and paid in full to recieve a digital disc with all my photos of those days. Its been over a year since my engagement shoot and almost 7 months since my wedding. Since August I was told that my pics were done and in the mail to be sent to me. The discs were never sent. At some point the photographer had a family member get sick and pass away. During this time I was told repeatidly that the discs will be sent. I have tried numerous times to contact the photographer via email amd phone. She will not get back to me in any form for about 1-2 months. It seems that she is avoiding any direct contact with me. I paid almost $2,000 for her services. I am not sure what to do at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like my pictures on a disc and a full refund ($1,725.00) for breech of contract.
