Honeytree Early Learning Centers, Inc.

Review: Honeytree has repeatedly (for almost two months now) denied me access to their childcare record for my daughter (She visits for small amounts of time during the summer). I am her mother and legal guardian with full custody and am guaranteed this information by law. Yet the center has lied to me and given me excuses on multiple occasions. I have NEVER seen this sort of handling of a situation and regret that it has come down to this for something so simple.Desired Settlement: All I would like is access to my child's record so that I may see her daily activities in Tadpole.

Due to HoneyTree Early Learning Centers strict confidentiality agreement with families enrolled at our centers, we are unable to give a detailed account or response to this claim. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I appreciate the Revdex.com because for 2 MONTHS before this claim, I was getting nowhere with this business and as soon as this was submitted, they all of a sudden complied. I will make sure people know how poorly this business has treated me over such an important matter. Thanks again Revdex.com.
