I am rejecting this response because: It states in the very first paragraph of the manual's warranty explanation that the company warrants the product against defect or malfunction for year My unit malfunctioned in less than months, and they're not honoring the warranty just as they've done to other customers in the past

The only record we show in the Customer Support database that has a corresponding e-mail address to the complainant ( [redacted] ***) is from [redacted] who contacted Honeywell on 01/02/about a no-heat situation It was not clear based on the exchange of information with the customer whether she had a problem with her furnace, or the RTH9580WF Thermostat as she was not able to supply enough assistance or information necessary to troubleshoot the problem over the phone at the time of her call Despite not having any factual basis on which to determine whether the no heat problem is with the furnace or the thermostat at this time, we will be happy to honor the thermostat warranty once we have proof of the thermostat and/or a copy of the original purchase receipt from 04/03/ Please e-mail a digital photo of the rear-side of the thermostat panel which displays the model and serial numbers of the Honeywell Thermostat in question along with a copy of the purchase receipt if it is still in your possession Upon receipt of the requested documentation, we will UPS 2nd Day ship a replacement RTH9580WF thermostat to the desired address in satisfaction of this claim Please send the aforementioned materials to: [redacted] for further handling

I'm sorry Mrs. [redacted] is still not satisfied with our response to you and to when she emailed me after my reply to her complaint.  My answer each time was (is) the same.  As I have stated, Mr. [redacted] is very professional and would never swear, harass or threaten anyone.Mrs. [redacted] defaulted on the payment arrangements she made with us.  She was to make payments on the 5th of every month and didn't do that. She was told when we spoke that if she could not make a payment at any time to either call or email.  She did neither when her payments were late or when she didn't make a payment in October. As a result I turned her account over to Bayside Recovery where she must call and make arrangements.   Mrs. [redacted] did pay $60 to Niagara's Lazy Lakes on November 17
after she was already contacted by Bayside Recovery.  I'm sorry but her
account will remain with Bayside Recovery. She must contact them at

I have emails showing theyou stated they would get AOR to reply. AOR nor lazy lakes ever took care of our reservations.   If a refund is not done we will file a small claims case.   Lazy lakes had the option to resolve this but instead continued to harass us. No where did they tell us there was not an option to stop use and fees of lazy lakes so if that is their excuse, it is laughable.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  We are willing to pay our debt however, we would prefer to pay Niagara Lazy Lakes monthly payments directly and not deal with Bayside Recovery.  Niagara Lazy Lakes has hired an unprofessional collection agency. Their collection company called several times during our work hours, harassed, swore and threatened us.   We would like our credit restored in good standing and I will be happy mail a collection of checks to be cashed per date each month if Niagara lazy Lakes is willing to work with us.    We would also like a copy of our contract that we signed mailed to our house.
