been fine tuned throughout the years to maximize the customer experience.  Starting at 11:30pm, we begin to hand out party and noise favors to all customers.  All of our server staff carries bags of varying party favors; they start at different points in the room on both floors to ensure customers in all sections are covered and receive party favors. It is pretty evident that everyone in the room has party favors and noise makers because for about 30 minutes until midnight, everyone is holding trumpets and bells and making as much noise as possible in anticipation of midnight.  We double check that everyone has a party favor after everything is handed out.Starting at 11:45, all of our server staff begins to carry around trays of small champagne cups for all customers.  Again, they start at different points in the room on both floors to ensure customers in all sections are covered and receive a champagne cup.  Additionally, it is pretty evident that everyone in the room has a glass of champagne because everyone ends up holding it until midnight.  We are wondering if you arrived after midnight and after the celebration?  Additionally, we do not see your name in our New Year's list.  Did you purchase the ticket under someone else's name?  And could you please provide us with the credit card information?  If you would like, you may call us directly at [redacted].
