I have never had such a bad experience with the delivery , driver was rude and mean . Screaming and yelling , refusing to remove old mattress as agree at time of purchase . He told me to tell the sales person that promise removal to come Rmove it. Who would talk like that in the presence of a senior citizen that is on a wheelchair that the mattress was purchase for. . Overall , it's a very bad experience . Very poor service.
