My lease began with this apartment complex on October 28thI filed complaints for repair work several times a week because the apartment was in a very bad conditionWhen I moved in, there was no working short or hot waterSome of my requests for repairs were ignored for weeksToday many of the repairs were made, but only because a city code enforcement officer came to my apartment and viewed the damages with the property manager and told him he was required to make the repairs Also, the property manager sent someone to my apartment without giving me prior noticeThis person tried to use keys to walk into my apartment when I was homeI was frightened by this and later asked the property manager to inform me when maintenance will need access to the apartmentHis response was, “that’s just a courtesy”

Let me begin with sharing "professionally managed" is not applicable or accurate in regards to you [redacted] North Property in [redacted] **One of your Leasing Agents is very curt, condescending and brash in their demeanorWhether interacting over the phone or in person, [redacted] has an unfriendly posture, with little regard of customer service in the handling of residents As one who willingly and gladly pays for the new parking amenity, I must say I am greatly concerned as it applies to the manner and means by which your property is enforcing the policyThroughout the entire day (I work from home) and in the evening, or tow trucks, from [redacted] , "police" the propertyThe trucks park much in the same fashion as taxi cabs do at the airport, awaiting a person to park and then tow the vehicle awayThe rounds are made every 15-minutes, mirroring that of a security company's detail The letters distributed by your management office indicated there would be

Iv had this mold problem for months and Iv told the front office about times that he needed to br removed but all they tell me is that they need to make an appointment with the manager to do it iv now gotten sick from it to the point I'm coughing all night and can't even sleep in my roomI have a yr old son and I don't wan thin to get sick from it like I have but they don't seem to get anything doneiv had so many problems with this apartment from the flood to no heat /ac to the mold and they don't di much about it they had taken the tile down In my shower and it took them over a week to replace it exposing all the mold and told me to just not shower to take a bath how was I suppose to tie my yr old a bath with all the mold exposed and all they did was just put the tile back over it with out replacing anything I had a leak under the water heater and now have an open hole in the wall because the wall was water damaged they said they'd be back to fix it but its been days and

Review: while reviewing my AMEX credit card statement I discovered I was charged $5 over what I signed my credit slip for on my chinese food dining visit on 06/27/14 at the hong kong inn resturant in ventura. I signed for $25.21 and was charged $30.21. I went and talked to the manager ken on 10/05/14, showed him the slip and statement and he made a copy of the slip and took my phone number. I never got a call back.Desired Settlement: refund $5 for the overcharge
