resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. THIs issue has been going far too long for them to just refund my money and apologize. They should do everything they can to help out a paying customer. In this case they did not. They have called me obscene names and my only other recourse was the Revdex.com to ensure they comply.
