I do not agree with the response because the owner lied about the incident They were rushing and did not repeat the order They were not trying to work with me and was upset that I called back about the wrong item They wanted me to pay more money for their mistake and pay again for delivery I did not eat the food and wanted a refund since the wrong item was sent and I did not want that item I order from them because my car had broken down that is why I chose deliveryIt was unreasonable for them to tell me to bring the wrong item to them when I had no way to do such thing They were rude and had horrible customer service, I will Never go back to them that is why I requested my money back and I only requested part of it back which they were not willing to accept

I talk to my staff who took the order that dayMy staff told me that she had repeat the order back to the customer along with the total priceThe customer agreed with the order and price, so we proceed with the orderLater on, the customer called back about how pricey her food costs and saying that we gave her the wrong orderThe customer said that she wanted shrimp lo mein with her order instead of shrimp fried rice which shrimp lo mein costs moreWe have no problem making the new order for her, but she has to pay for the differencesShe was not happy with paying such differenceThen, she want refundAgain, we have no problem giving her refund, but she has to give the order back to usHer language was rude and saying that she didn't have a carIt was become hard to communicate with herAnd, she threatens my staff that she will call Revdex.com.This incident had happen over one week nowShe had already consume with the orderWe can't give her the refundHowever, we can give her 10% discount when she comes again.
