review is bona fide and of your own writing, we will not sway to change how you express or rate businesses on Yelp.quote in your 6/30 post: "...I was in agreement that I would not post a very negative review regarding the terrible service I received at your business, under the condition that I receive my $14 in reimbursement from your restaurant... I also wanted to inform you that I did contact the Revdex.com..." The Mocha drink was not charged to your bill since you did not like it, and there was no complaint about the quality of the food mentioned in Yelp or the Revdex.com complaint, also since no gratuity was given - we are unable to refund $14.23 for the mere act of changing your yelp review.  We would like to provide you a free replacement food menu item the next time you visit.  A copy of the entire yelp transaction will be furnished to the Revdex.com as matter of diligence.ThanksFull Yelp response below:This conversation has been reported.Block User[redacted].Dear owner(s),I'm about to give your restaurant a 1 star rating after the service I received was tunbelievably confrontational. My boyfriend and I frequent various restaurants around the entire city of San Diego but we live here in Poway so we like to support local businesses. My boyfriend and I each ordered a daily special and I tried your mocha smoothie with Boba. After just one sip of the drink, I found it to be extremely sweet and undrinkable. I called over the waitress and I explained her that I wanted to send the smoothie back because it was very gross. She completely flipped out and started saying that she was going to have to throw it away, and that if I didn't know what it was going to taste like that I shouldn't have ordered it, etc etc. there was one other customer in the restaurant and I must say I was embarrassed for this woman and her lack of professionalism. She was basically screaming at me and my boyfriend and I haven't even begun to eat our food yet. She also stated that if the owner here they would be very upset because of such waste. I told her that I wouldn't have had to send the drink back if it didn't taste too sweet for me. She just continued to yell and my boyfriend and I looked at each other shocked. As if things couldn't get any worse, the woman who served us rammed through the door to the kitchen and throughout our entire meal, she could be heard screaming. Even after our food arrived, my boyfriend liked me and he could tell I was upset. And my desire to eat your food was completely lost because of the worst customer service I have ever received in my life at any restaurant. Needless to say I have no interest in returning to your restaurant and I wanted to let you know what happen before I gave your establishment a one star rating. I have submitted over 120 reviews on yelp and I have rarely ever even considered submitting such a low score. I was in agreement that I would not post a very negative review regarding the terrible service I received at your business, under the condition that I receive my $14 in reimbursement from your restaurant. I also wanted to inform you that I did contact the Revdex.com, in an effort to expedite conflict resolution. Once the reimbursement has been made, I will be able to contact them to inform them that their services are no longer needed. Review: My boyfriend and I reviewed a few yelp reviews on local Chinese restaurants in our area. We are both pleased when we found that there was a restaurant within miles of where we live, had 144 very positive reviews on yelp. I looked at a few of the pictures and read a few reviews and decided this was the place to go for dinner. A woman was standing at the counter and she handed us both menus. Behind the main counter there was a poster advertising different types of frozen blended drinks that you can order. I'm a big fan of coffee so I opted to try their mocha "smoothie" with Boba. The boyfriend and I both ordered food but in the meantime we sat and enjoyed cups of soup. When my drink arrived, I looked at it happily and took a big first sip. I quickly knew that I was not going to be able to drink anymore of this beverage because it was disgustingly sweet and tasted nothing like coffee. My boyfriend and I finished the soup and when the waitress returned, I complained to her about the quality of the frozen drink she had just served me. I told her it was very gross, way too sweet, and undrinkable. At this moment, the waitress became unbelievably confrontational and started screaming at me and my boyfriend. She yelled at me and said " if you didn't think you would like to drink then you shouldn't have ordered it. This is a waste and I'm going to have to throw this away. The owner would be very upset". To which I replied " this wouldn't be an issue if your drink tasted better so maybe you can take this as constructive criticism them to change the formula of your drink so that customers like it ". She did not do well with my COM logical or bottle and just continued to spout off negativity. I was absolutely blown away. My boyfriend and I did eventually receive our food, but needless to say we lost our appetites and we're really just wanting to leave to escape this crazy woman.My boyfriend and I wanted to leave without eating any of our food because this was an extremely stressful experienceDesired Settlement: Neither me nor my boyfriend have any interest in returning to this establishment. We would be satisfied with a full refund of the money spent. The total of $14.23 can be sent to our home address as listed below.
