9/4/[redacted] , I have just called and spoke to your passenger in the car She said that you were driving and you would call me back Please look at the attachment that I have sent These are the rules for the yearly state inspection Please call me back to discuss Chris [redacted] Acura General Manager/ VP [redacted] Companies 281-821- Acura 713-776- corporate office

Revdex.com,Mrs [redacted] originally came in for the free multi-point inspection and a complimentary car washThe next day she called and said she had scratches all over the vehicle and wanted them taken out G [redacted] Acura agreed to buff the vehicle, even though we were unsure that the scratches occurred in the car wash She dropped the vehicle off the next morning, we buffed the vehicle and detailed the interiorShe came to pick up that afternoon and was very happy that the vehicle had been cleaned insideShe came back in the next day and said she found another scratchShe got very irate demanding that we fix every scratch on the vehicleOnce again we asked her to please point out every scratch and we would be glad to have them buffed outShe said that it was our job to find them We replied that we would be glad to take care of it for herShe began to say that she did not want to keep coming up here and wanted us to guarantee the vehicle would have no more scratches Again she was told that we would be happy to repair any scratch she may find but she insisted that we find all scratches and give her a guarantee After a lengthy back and forth discussion she agreed to bring the vehicle back on a sunny day so we could both go over the vehicle She has yet to bring the vehicle back inSincerely,Chris G [redacted] G [redacted] Acura

This is unacceptable! The whole process and overall experience with Gillman Acura has now been months On Monday I was told the matter would be resolved and that a check would be sent to the corporate office Today is Thursday and the matter has yet to be resolved Why is Gillman Acura holding on to the payment I made? They took my card, charged it for what should have been in May and I had to make an additional payment due to them failing to apply the payment accordingly Now as a result, the payment has yet to be applied, we are in June I was told the additional payment I made would be applied for this month, yet they've failed to do their part THIS MATTER HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED AS OF YET!

To Whom it may concern,We have attached a copy of an email thread that shows that we have resolved the complaintWe did send the payment directly to the Bank and made sure we provided a tracking number to confirm the payment delivery

This complaint should not be forwarded to Patrick York or Debi Adams at the Gillman Companies.
