[redacted] and [redacted] did an excellent job. I got a Groupon but was told when I made my reservation that there could be additional costs depending on my carpet. I had some big stains and a pet so I knew I would have additional expenses. Before any work was done [redacted] explained all the additional options and costs if I wanted them. I took option 2 with more emphasis on heavy stains and pet stains. At every step, [redacted] would ask if I wanted something moved or if he could add additional cleaning (mainly for pet stains). There wasn't any additional costs associated. I think when he saw something he knew what would work best, then he wanted to get my permission. They were very friendly and the carpets look great! They had to add a special chemical to get the deep urine stains and [redacted] made sure to let me know to keep my pet away from the area until the carpets dried because it could be an irritant.
[redacted] showed up on-time, dressed in their Honor Carpet Cleaning shirts, and did their walkthrough. They clearly explained how the process works and what my options were, got to work, and wrapped up in just over an hour! Even though I only selected the basic service, the carpets looked (and smelled) great! Next time I need my carpets (or tiles, upholstery, home exterior) cleaned, I'll definitely request [redacted].
A few words of advice...
The Groupon promotion is a good value, but YOU WILL PROBABLY SPEND MORE than the promotional value. There's usually no way around it. They calculate what the service(s) cost, subtract your Groupon promotional value, and you pay the difference.
But let's look at this in perspective: a well known carpet steam cleaning company would've charged me $15 more than the total I paid just to clean the carpets. When you add deodorizing (included with Honor Carpet Cleaning), I would've ended up paying $115 more than what I paid. In other words, I paid less using the Groupon and price difference with Honor, than I would've paid a competitor without the promotion.
Give Honor Carpet Cleaning a try and make sure to ask for [redacted].

The staff at Honor Carpet are fantastic. The office assistant was very polite and was able to schedule me for a time that worked best for my schedule. She explained the pricing so there were no hidden fees. [redacted] and [redacted] did an amazing job on the carpets for a rental property I own. I did not think they could clean them to like new condition. I will def use these guys again and I highly recommend Demo and [redacted].
