My husband and I just spent the last months trying to get a mortgage loan for a house we were buying from a friend (not through a Realtor) They LOST important information that we had given them beforeThey took a month to get an appraisalTook months to get it through under writingWe could NEVER get ahold of them via phoneWhen we did get ahold of them it was over EMAIL and it took them a week to respondThey never gave us answers when we asked for themWe asked that only my husband to be on the title of the house but they put my husband and my father in lawCOMPLETE OPPOSITE of what we had askedNow we have to wait months to get him off the titleI will never do business with these people againWorst experience of my life!
Added as many extra fees as possible, never sent me a bill statement notice or anythingThey said they did through my online banking when I called the next day to get my online banking info they confirmed it was never set upBy far the worst banking experience I ever hadThanks honor for ruining my Credit!
