I placed an order from this company on line. It was for an ID case that is made by Perfect Fit (www.perfectfitusa.com) Perfect fit had Honor First listed as a Tennessee company to buy their products. After I placed my order I received an order confirmation from Honor First in Texas. This confirmation listed 2 emails, both being a non valid emails (*** & ***) It also listed a possible phone as ***. After checking the address in TN it turned out to be a residence and the address in TX turned out to be a UPS store. No where, so far have I found an actual store as listed on their web site under refunds and returns. There is an unknown link to contact them, but so far no reply. I feel that this business may have been a valid one at one time, but I found an old thread on the internet that has this info

Hello, My name is Zachariah. I recently took ownership of Honor First. I'll do my best to continue provide quality service and products. If you have any concerns or questions the best method of contacting me is to send an email to ***. This is not a good email!
The actual web site is still up and running showing all kinds of products.
My order is listed as order #*** which is a Police | Law Enforcement Credential ID Case (ID Window Sizes: Duty Style 500: 2.25" x 3.75")
I paid for this using a credit card and it has gone through after pending a couple of days.
Honor First Response

Hello,
My email address *** is a working one, as is my phone number on the website ***. I attempted to call and resolve this issue, however I was no able to reach anyone nor was my phone call returned. I was not emailed by this person until today 06/11/2020 at any point. This is an online based company and as such does not have a physical store front, hence why the company had a residential address in TN. I purchased the company from my father earlier this year and have since moved it to Texas. I have a UPS shipping address for any mail that I need sent/received. I have since hearing about this issue provided a full refund on products ordered. Please reach out to me if you need any additional information.
