Scam
I also tried to book through Honor Rewards Club and their phone numbers don't work!'

Complete scam
Purchased the trip package for $435 for 5 days and 4 nights each trip. Had 4 yrs to use the package. Finally decide to book a trip for this June so I call the company. They said I have to book thru the website. Called back since it didn't work online so they supposedly did it for me on the phone. Said I should get a confirmation email from them or the resort with in 3 days. Never got anything. Called and emailed multiple times no response. Finally in contact with someone today when I called they put me on hold to check my information since the trip I booked is in 2wks. A half hold turned into voicemail then the phone cut off. Called back now the number is magically out of service. Called the resort and come to find out no trip was ever booked under my name and they never heard of the company I was talking about.

+2

I also found out they scammed me!

I have tried to contact company to ask questions, found out they are not Hilton, now I want a refund but no one has answered the phone or email.
I booked a trip with this company because they said they were Hilton Honors, which I am a member of. 5 days after I booked my trip I tried to contact them to ask questions, because the actual Hilton did contact me for my yearly trip. After speaking with them, it was determined that the company I booked with is not Hilton. I have sent emails request twice and left 2 voicemails for someone to contact me about my trip plans. Every time I call no one answers, even though I am calling during office hours and we are in the same time zone. At first I was actually trying to choose my trip since you have to book months in advance, but now I just want my money back.

Desired Outcome

I just want a refund.

it took me 3 calls to get someone to answer their phone, felt like a scam so I wanted a refund on the same day of purchased and they said No
I was called on May 19, 2020. The person who called me said they got my number from Hilton's Honor and told me about my past experience with Hilton so I thought they were associated with Hilton's honor because they said they're Honor Reward. After a long conversation over the phone I finally decided to buy the Vacation package they offered because I had a good experience with Hilton in the past. After I gave them my credit card and paid for the vacation package that includes 2 resorts, one in Thailand and one in Bali For $476. After I got off the phone with them I *** and realized they aren't associated with Hilton's but I had some questions about the resort itself so I called them to ask about the resort but I couldn't get someone to answer until the 3rd call so I decided to cancel on the same day of purchase because I felt like they're not legit. The lady on the phone that day said she would be glad to assist me and transfer my call to a financial associate who can help me cancel my package. She then told me that all financial associate are all busy and will return my call within an 1 HOUR. I waited that day and no one returned my call. I then called again on May 20th and she said someone will return my call the following day if they didn't today. No one returned my call again. I called again on May 22, and the same thing was said to me and she said my request was being processed because I called previously. So throughout the memorial weekend I thought my refund was in process because that's what they told me. But I still didn't get any calls back so I called again on May 27th. The lady over the phone said my request was being reviewed and someone will call me back today and no one called back again. I then called again on May 28th and finally she was able to transfer me over to the financial advisor who said I can NOT cancel or get my refund. I felt I was being played and they purposely mislead me from getting my vacation package cancel because they said my request was being processed. It felt like they purposely drag my time and effort to keep calling and calling. I wanted to dispute the charge on my credit card on May 22 but the representative told me that my request was being processed so I decided to give them time. But they were just playing mind games with me. So I finally dispute the charge with my credit card company today, May 28th. My credit card company said it will take up to a month if Honor Reward club won't reply which was what they did to me.

Desired Outcome

I only want to get my refund. And never to call me back please!

I bought a vacation package that I was mislead to believe it was part of the Hilton Honors program.
On 5/20/20, I bought a $400 vacation package from salesperson, Michael B at 888-331-8747 extension 300. I was mislead to believe it was part of the Hilton Honors program. I was told I'm being offered this promotion because I stayed at the Hilton in Hawaii & that's how they got my info. I thought that made sense since I did buy a package from Hilton package for Hawaii. When I went online to check & I searched under Hilton, I was told to search under Honor Rewards Club. I was not told it's not part of Hilton,I would think that would be the time to tell me they're not part of Hilton.
When I received my email confirmation, it said welcome to the friends and family program for Honor Rewards Club, which is what made me pause & wonder why I'm joining a program that if I'm already a member of the Hilton Honors program. That is when I searched online & found out Honor Rewards Club is not part of Hilton & there have been complaints on this company. I called back the next day on 5/21/20 & asked to speak to Michael B & spoke w/ Elizabeth & told her I wanted a refund. She said she will give my contact info to the Finance dept. & will have someone call me back 1st thing in the morning.
On 5/22/20, I called back in the afternoon, since I did not receive a call back in the morning. I spoke w/ Joseph G at extension 703 & explained my situation to him which & he said it's not their practice to mislead customers it's part of the Hilton. He proceeded to ask me if I was told they're not part of Hilton, I told him I was not told it's not Hilton. He said he would pull the call to review & I asked if he can send me a copy of the call & he said he can do that. I asked when I can expect him to call me back, he said by today(5/22/20) or latest Monday (5/25/20 -Memorial Day). I said Monday is a holiday, you're open & he said yes.
On 5/26/20, I called Mr. G since I did not receive a call by 5/25/20. He said the package I bought is non-refundable. I said what happened to our conversation on Friday when he said he would pull the phone call to review, send me a copy, & we would go from there. He said, he spoke w/ Mr. B & he said Mr. B said he told me that they were not part of the Hilton. I told him I was not told that by Mr. B. I proceeded to ask him for a copy of the call he said he would pulled & send to me so I can check to see if Mr. B told me they're not part of the Hilton. He said that's not something they normally do & he was doing me a favor by saying he would send me a copy of the phone call. At this point, I realized Mr. G did not intended to pull the report to verify if I was told they're not part of the Hilton. I asked to speak to the supervisor/manager, he said, everyone is going to say the same thing & not going to refund the $ & everyone reports to him. I asked who he reports to & he said no one. I asked to speak to the owner & Mr. G said he's the owner. I said I would report to the Revdex.com, he said there's only been 4 complaints to the Revdex.com. I said 4 that filed a complaint, how many others are out there that have not filed a complaint to the Revdex.com. This leads me to believe that he's aware of the complaints regarding the sales practice used by his staff & doesn't care. He said to go ahead & file a complaint w/ the Revdex.com. I hope the Revdex.com will be able to do something about this company & it's fraudulent practice.

Thank you

Desired Outcome

A refund and stop this practice so other customers are not mislead by this sales practice.

This business acts as if they are associated with Hilton and sell vacations packages without reviewing terms and conditions or having them agreed to.
Honor Rewards Club lead me to believe they were associated with Hilton Honors, which is a lie. I am asking for a refund due to the business acting in a fraudulent manner and also not detailing all terms and conditions. I received a phone call on May 16 from the business selling me a vacation package based on my last stay with Hilton. The business said that they were reaching out due to my stay with Hilton and have a discounted VIP package for me. I was charged $400 for 2 trips that I would have to wait to take due to age restrictions. The representative promised to send me confirmation with terms and conditions, which I didn't get until calling and asking for them to be sent. I informed the representative that I was no longer interest in the package after reviewing the terms and conditions, which weren't read and agreed to over the phone. I have spoken with Joseph multiple times requesting a full refund, but he refuses to help.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a full refund of my $400 as I no longer want this package after seeing the full terms and conditions.

This is a scam! My story below:

I was called at 11am on 4/13/20 by a nice man who mentioned he was associated with the Hilton Honors program and had a special promotion he wanted to offer me. I have a little weary of the call so told him "I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the phone." He responded by referencing a previous promotional offer I had taken through Hilton Honors, and that gave him much more credibility in my mind. I'm still not sure how he had my previous travel information.

Since I now thought it was legitimate, I then stated I was interested in learning more about the offer. He passed me through to another man who pitched me the promotion. At first he started with 4 days 5 nights at one of several destinations for $535, stating that this price was at an 80% discount from its usual price. Then he continued to better the offer by doubling the number of trips and dropping the price by $100. So I was left with 2x stays of 4 days 5 nights, all expenses included, for $435. This sounded like a great deal to me, so I went with it. In giving the man my credit card information, he referenced my old billing address and current email which, now looking back, again suggests my information had been stolen. I provided my credit card information and was told I would receive a confirmation email with a link to the various travel destinations in it.

The email eventually came, and after looking at the website linked it became clear to me that something was off. The website had some beautiful resorts on it, but also some very dumpy ones. Many of the resort photos were grainy/low-res as well. I then did a google search of "Honors Rewards Club Scam" in google and found this page, along with the "Honors Rewards Resorts Revdex.com" page which is eerily similar. That convinced me that the whole thing was a scam, and that I will not in fact be receiving service/trip for the $435 I paid.

Would like a refund, business states there is none, but was never notified of that during call. Now says I am not allowed a refund.
Spoke with a Michael B, they answered the phone and said they were Hilton and I was selected to get a vacation deal. They had all necessary information exactly like Hilton did. I agreed to the package and as soon as I got confirmation I called back and wanted a refund, and Michael said no refunds are allowed. I then googled the company and the first thing that pops up is negative remarks on the Revdex.com. I called back for a refund and Michael just started adding more offers to the deal and said he would not refund. No part of the deal was there ever communication that it was non refundable up until the receipt came. When I said they were not from Hilton, he said no we only receive your name from Hilton. All I want is a refund, I am out $535 and there is absolutely zero information that shows this is legit. I am on the phone now and I keep getting put on hold now, and can't get through to Michael.

Desired Outcome

I just want a refund.

HORRIBLE Business ethics!

Reasons for dispute:
7 day refund policy NOT being honored, NO returned response to requests AND language to sales reps about consumer concerns are inappropriate and shows they DONT CARE!

MY STORY:

A $400 charge was withdrawn from my card at 10:57am on April 1, 2020. I received a confirmation email at 11:00am.

On their website, in their terms of service it states " No refunds are rewarded after 7 business days."

Due to my mother losing her income as a result of the coronavirus, me assisting my parents with with everyday living essentials and this trip being a luxury and not a need in this time, I had to request a refund. I mentioned that the original sales rep stated I could get a refund in our communication if anything happens.

The sales rep stated that he would send my request to the costumer service department that handles disputes. I asked him a time frame that I would hear back, he said someone will call me within an hour or so. I said okay, if I do not hear back within 2 hours I will call back.

This call happened around 12 noon on April 2, 2020. No calls were received. At about 4pm, I called back to which they immediately transferred me to my initial sales rep. He told me that my reason for request was not a real reason at all and that they have a no refund policy stated in the email sent to me.

Please note:
-I have NOT SIGNED any of the documents sent
-the confirmation email was sent after withdrawing money from my account
- their website states 7days refund policy

He told me that his supervisors listened to the recording and he was told it didn't matter. "Don't worry about it!"

Clearly my concern and their policies DOES NOT matter to them!

He then told me I could send my concern to the email address on the confirmation email I received to which I did as soon as we got off the phone.

In my email, I request an official request for refund and I request a copy of my recorded purchase. (The sales rep told me I could get a copy.) He told me I would get a response by the next day. NO RESPONSE!

I called back the following day at around 4pm and a different sales rep took my complaint again, told me the department that handles disputes were out for the day but that he would personally put my complaint on their desk and that I should hear back from them the next day! AGAIN, NO RESPONSE by phone or email! However, I DID get another sales pitch. FUNNY RIGHT!

This is day 4 since my purchase date. I would like a full refund immediately considering your website says 7 days!!!!

Not only do you not have good business ethics but your customer service is very poor and your business has no care for others basic human needs. While other companies are offering assistance (outside of their normal policies) in this time of need, your company is evading basic communication and ignoring your own policies!!!

Once this issue is resolved, I would also like to be removed from all other calling databases related to this company!!!

This is absolutely a scam. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a very nice gentleman who walked me through all of the details, and it seemed legitimate. ***, I was offered 5 night/4 day trip to any of their destinations for $535. He mentioned my previous (wonderful, by the way) stay at a Hilton Resort to help get buy in.

As I asked more questions, he offered me more and more options/perks to sweeten the deal (now TWO trips for that price, all inclusive!, airport transfer included, now it's 6 nights/5 days!). It sounded too good to be true, so I kept him on the line while I did some searching.

In looking at their website, it looks professional at first glance, but upon further inspection, there are typos all over the place and it was obviously quickly put together. He also said that I had to make payment over the phone, which I was not comfortable with. The more and more I pushed, he eventually said that he could get me to a "floor manager."

This manager tried explaining all of the benefits to me again, and I asked him if he could explain why there was an investigation by the Revdex.com about this other company. *** He claimed it was a "totally different" company, which is why they never got or responded to any communication from the Revdex.com. I looked into the old company (honorrewardsresorts.com) and the resemblance is uncanny! I asked the manager how long the company had been in business, and he said 7 years. The first person I spoke to said 3. I pointed out that the websites are VERY similar with the same locations and layout, and he hung up. I understand these people are trying to make a living like everyone else, but there's no way it's not a scam.

S C A M. The representative misled me in thinking they were with Hilton. They are not. They indicated that I was at a Hilton hotel and named a year. Coincidentally they were right so I assumed they were legit. After finding out they were not affiliated by receiving the terms, I contacted them immediately and they were curt and rude. Refused to refund my money or make it right. I will be contacting the Attorney General due to the number of complaints I am finding. I paid $350 and Michael B was terrible to deal with.

I just got a phone call from this "Business." got told for $435 I could get a 2 seperate vacation of my choice. Had 3 year sto use the vacations. I asked if I could verify their company, he said he could not send out an email to me, and I was not allowed to call them back. Once I hung up, I would forfeit my chances of this great deal. he did tell me about my past vacation with hilton honors in vegas, so I thought it may be legit. I figured something was off though when I told him I wanted to get my husband to look at the packages together. I hung up and got another call back from a different number. I blocked that number as well, and within seconds got another number from the same area. I didn't answer....only to get a call from a (217) area code, which is my area code, but the other numbers were not legit! First area code was (619) then (626).....BE CAUTIOUS PEOPLE!!!

BEWARE! This is not a legitimate company. They mislead you into thinking they are connected to Hilton Honors and even mention your previous stays with Hilton to make you believe so. They entice you with travel accommodations that are, frankly, too good to be true. I was offered (2) 5 day/4 night trips for $535. But once I received my invoice I realized this wasn't a Hilton company at all and I was deceived. When I called the reservations number and mentioned my concerns, the girl seemed nervous and completely unconvincing that the company was legitimate. I felt completely unsettled after that so I decided to do research online. This company has many complaints listed under another address by the Revdex.com. They have just switched it up to try to avoid being noticed. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS. Many people say they end up having to pay hundreds of dollars in additional fees, or never get to travel at all. It's fake!

I have been misled to purchase the package and did not sign a contract. They are not issuing refund after multiple calls made requesting the refund.
I was misled to buy their package over the phone and did not sign any contract. Now they do not want to issue a refund and giving me run around.
I have been called by this company as being *** affiliates and offered me a package since I have attended *** time share presentation in past (Don't know how would they receive my contact info and details!).Offered me a vacation deals in costa rica and Bali with all inclusive *** properties. I have purchased the package over the phone and received the email on 02/22 and there was no mention of non-refundable package.I was assured that I will have time to go to website and review the hotels and sign the contract. I have received an email to electronically signed the contract and I have checked their website and did not find any*** hotels in the destinations I wanted to travel. I called them to cancel and requested full refund. They have transferred me to internal department multiple times and told me someone will get back to me. No one called. I have called them on 02/26 again and they transferred me to same agent who sold me the package and he tried to justify that the only property they have in Costa Rica is good even though its not *** and denied the cancellation. I have requested multiple time to cancel over the call and Agent kept telling me to take vacation, sell it or not use it and there will be no refund even though I have not signed contract and have been calling multiple times to cancel. The only reason I purchased this package was to go to Costa Rica at *** all inclusive property and they dont have one on their list and they are not remotely affiliated with ***.
I am filing a complaint here to get the full refund.

Desired Outcome

The full refund of charges they made on my credit card and remove me from their call list.

Company will not refund money after purchasing a vacation package 6 days ago.
On February 20, 2020 I purchased a vacation package from Honor Rewards Club. After looking over the website, the package was misrepresented to me. The locations are not what was told they were. I am not looking for 5 star accommodations, but better than what they are offering. I was told by others in business that I have 7 days to ask for a refund and when I called and spoke to Joseph, he told me that there was no refund. He said I had buyers remorse, I do not have buyers remorse, I believe that I was mislead.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back $435.00. I asked for it after 6 days.

I was contacted by a Honor Rewards Club rep to purchase a vacation. I was under the impression that this was Hilton Grand Vacations. After providing my credit card information to ***, I was told to hold on, that someone would come on to provide all the details regarding my purchase and they would record my final consent. At that point, I realized that this could not be Hilton Grand Vacations, since my previous purchases, the same individual recorded my consent and reviewed everything without placing me on hold. I figured since I did not continue with the call they would not bill me. I checked my account and saw that the funds were deducted. I called and spoke to a supervisor Joseph G who advised he would review my call and contact me in 24 hours. I called the next day and was told by a rep to wait another 24 hours. I called today and spoke to Joseph G who advised I have 7 days to cancel even though it's non refundable. He said he would call me back before the end of the business day. At 5:00 pm EST I called to ensure they didn't forget my refund since today was the 7th day. I spoke to three reps (Jessica, Elizabeth and Sammy) who all hung up on me after reviewing my records after asking me to hold. After calling numerous times from my home and cell phone numbers, no one would pick up. Even though it was about 5:45 pm EST, it kept going to voicemail saying to call back during regular business hours. I suddenly received a call from one of the reps, Elizabeth, who advised that the Marketing supervisor Mary G approved of my refund and I should have it within 1-3 days. I decided to call back to make sure that the information was updated to my account. After ringing and being disconnected numerous times, finally it rang and Joseph G picked up. He advised me that his supervisor Kevin approved of my refund. I told him that Elizabeth advised me that it was Mary G that approved it. He said she is Kevin's supervisor and I will get my refund.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment This was the final day per Joseph G to receive my refund. He never mentioned it in my previous discussion with him. I want to make sure that they refund me since I called within the time period and since I never did a final consent on the original call.

Honor Rewards Club Response • Feb 17, 2020

We will be unable to assist the guest until the complaint is resolved. This is a request for a refund so we are not sure why the customer is complaining to the Revdex.com who is unable to retain the refund from us. If the case is not resolved we will not be able to assist the guest with booking or a refund.

Customer Response • Feb 18, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I don't accept their response because they are not trustworthy. They advised me on February 12th that I would have my refund within 1-3 days. Considering the weekend and holiday I should've had my refund by the latest today and it's still not there. I tried calling their telephone number to verify my refund was sent and it's no longer in service. Once I receive my refund I'll be happy to cancel my complaint.
