    Mrs. [redacted] son moved in Friday 4/3/15 and we received inventory and condition form on the afternoon of 4/3/15. Nubia Square staff made some corrections on 4/3/15 and remainder were to be completed on Monday 4/6/15. Mrs. [redacted] submitted additional written notification on Saturday 4/4/15 and we returned to her apartment on Monday 4/6/2015 and made corrections early in morning. The apartment has had a housekeeper go back and detail clean the apartment, pest control has also stopped by her apartment, and our maintenance staff have gone back to change and repair some items. A viper/intensive pest control was scheduled and completed on 4/17/15. We will continue to send Envirotrol (Pest control) on a weekly basis every Monday until the problem can be resolved.
